Hi everyone, I want to asked, if we want to import trial balance (TB) in Acumatica, specially for Account Accumulated Depreciation, shall we add sign minus (-) in the amount? or we just put positive? please help me to answer this by your experience, thank you.

Hello,
When using Finance —> Trial Balance Import screen, I recommend :
1. In GL preferences, change the Sign of the Trial Balance to Reversed.
2. Prepare your import data with columns: Company or Branch, Account, Subaccount, and Ytd balance.
3. In the YTD balance column: debits should be positive and credits negative. The column of figures will total 0.
4. Do not include any balance for the year to date net income account.
- If desired, change sign of the trial balance back to normal.
