Hello,While working with fBQL or BQL I have often wanted to see what exactly the equivalent SQL statement be. Is there an inbuilt function something like like .ToSQLString() that we can use on a fBQL statement or View that can show us the equivalent SQL. So for example, if I have the following ViewSelectFrom<CSAnswers>.InnerJoin<InventoryItem> .On<InventoryItem.noteID.IsEqual<CSAnswers.refNoteID>>.Where<CSAnswers.attributeID.IsEqual<Use<slots>.AsString> .And<InventoryItem.inventoryID.IsEqual<@P.AsInt>>>.View.Select(cache.Graph, invtID) How can I see the exact SQL that’s generated (including the parameter values in the Where clause)? One option is I can run SQL profiler, but is there anything inbuilt Acumatica SDK/Framework that can help me view the SQL statement while debugging in VS?

Hello All, I’m relatively new to developing Acumatica screens. I am working on a custom processing screen that will update on hold invoices post date to a date the user chooses. This updates invoices uploaded through the system via an API where a custom field was added to have these imports batched together. These batch numbers are stored in a custom table that I load on the processing form to enter the post date and then load invoices and update said post date based off a join with the batch number. I’ve got my DAC created, graph started, and screen created. However, I’ve hit a brick wall as to why the fields are don’t allow me to edit on the custom screen. Screen is just a grid with a process and process all button. See below for my settings, let me know if I can provide additional details outside of below, imagine whatever I’m missing I simply just don’t know to include. The field i’d like to be editable is “PostDate”. Here is a bit of the DAC, from the beginning to PostDate:    [Se

I get the following error when I try to prepare the import of stock items via an import scenario I created.   Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal The file I need to import is about 23k rows.  I copied the first 14 rows from the original file with the same headers and those 14 prepared and imported just fine.  I think it has to be some sort of formatting error but I cannot figure it out.  Has anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Thanks,Jess

On a given service order, we can have up to 30 line items covering anywhere between 2 to 10 different appointments.  For the majority of these service items, they are not billable. But since there are some billable items on this service order, we are required to use a billable service order type. Is there anyway to set the default billable checkbox to be FALSE. That way we can go through and check the lines that are billable - rather than the other way around which will take much longer?

An employee recently departed from our company.  I need to know what unexpected / unintended consequences of disabling the departed employee as an Acumatica user. If the departed employee were to return can we “re-enable” him and he would have all of his histories, notes, set up? Can other employees access all of the departed employees work, notes, histories?    Are we better off leaving the departed employee active and just change his Acumatica password?

Hello,Is there functionality to default a sales order (or any other report for that matter) version based on the customer? The base requirement is to be able to dynamically change the format of the report and versioning makes the most amount of sense without creating multiple overlays within the same report. The idea would be that “Print Sales Order” would dynamically spit out the correct version without the user having to go in the report itself and select the version and then run it. Even if this needs to be a customization I would be curious if it’s possible. Thanks in advance,

Hey everyone,  need a little sanity check here.  Everything I’ve read, watched, etc. makes me sure that the Automated Replenishment process consist of starting with the Prepare Replenishment screen (IN508000), where we check items that have ‘Purchase’ as their replenishment source and a default vendor and ‘process’ them.  Then they should show up on the Create Purchase Orders screen (PO505000) where we can create the POs. Yet, on our Live site (2020 R1 Build 20.118.0007), only occasionally does one of the items show on the Create Purchase Orders screen and on two test sites (2020 R1 Build 20.109.0032) and (2021 R1 Build 21.108.0032) they don’t show up at all.  On the Prepare Replenishment screen, they get values in the Qty. Planned column.  If they are not on the Create Purchase Orders screen, where are all of those Qty. Planned items or documents?  Is there some setting that we’re missing, because we’ve gone over the end user and partner docs checklist multiple times, or do we have a

Hello there,We are developing custom report using 21 R2 release, and the requirement is to print a PDF attachment after printing the custom report. The PDF is attached as a file attachment either under STOCK ITEM or KIT Assembly.Any idea or any one has done this kind.

We want to start using “prepayments” of Vendor Purchase Orders.  However, our Vendors often over-ship or under-ship  the amount ordered on the Purchase Order.   If we use the Prepayment feature, and pre-pay the Purchase Order, how do we adjust and account for the over-payment or under-payment when the shipment arrives with more or less product than was on the pre-paid Purchase Order?

Hello everybody,I have a question about the import scenario, why the <action: release> at the end of the scenario doesn’t work?  I would like to use the scenario bellow to import some Vendor invoices.  In the source provider, I mapped the vendor code, the GL account, subaccount, amount, etc, and the batch reference as key field to distinguish different batches. When I use the <action: save> (Action: Enregistrer) as the last action, which is proposed by default, everthing is going fine, I got different batches imported, detailed lines reassembled as I wished by the batch references, and in status “balanced”.But when I tried the <action: release> instead of <action: save>, things go wrong, and I don’t know how to fixe it.  It imports always only the first line, and on the second line I got the error message: “ the release button is not available”, no matter I checked or not the “commit” case. It would be really kind of you, If you have some ideas of where would be

HiCreated a GI showing lots of details on projects and their cost and revenue budgets.    I can pick up the last invoice date ok but now looking for the date of the last cost transaction on the project anyone managed to populate this date?

We are starting to think about how we will utilize locations within warehouses to keep tighter tracking and control over where our items are physically located. In that context, we are trying to figure out what the actual workflow would be when it relates to performing physical inventory counts and review. I have read the documentation, but I'm wondering how to best think through the below scenario.Let's say to start, that we have 10 serial items across 5 locations (so let's assume 2 in each location). And assume that all these locations are in the same warehouse.2 weeks go by, and there is movement between these locations by way of the inventory transfer document process. But for this example, let's say that users didn’t perform the inventory transfer as they physically moved the items between locations 100% of the time.So at this point, where acumatica thinks the serial items are doesn't reflect the reality of where they are.So now we do Physical inventory for this warehouse (all 5 l

Hello! Does anyone have a favorite payroll report for showing QTD or MTD company totals? I see ones with employee totals, or totals for a particular pay period, but none that have company-wide totals. I am attempting to import Bill of Materials into Acumatica. The BOMs have Operations and Materials. Sometimes the Operation has materials and sometimes it is not needed. It is not a required field in Acumatica. However, the import is saying the inventory is required. Any ideas on how I could make the Material Inventory ID not required, but will add it if needed?

Has anyone setup up multi factor authentication using DUO?Any information you could provide would be appreciated.

I have an Business Event looking for record changes in a simple Generic Inquiry, with an Import Scenario as the Subscriber.  The intent was to record both the current and previous values with the Import Scenario.  Having to choose either the Results or PreviousResults as the Provider Object seems to prevent access to the other.  Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi, I am trying to customize or filter the Inventory ID Lookup on the Sales Order Screen (SO30100) by using SOLine_InventoryID_CacheAttached. Whenever I select the item, the grid line is filled up with the internal inventory ID value instead of the inventory CD.After selecting the item Here is my code public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.SO.SOOrderEntry> { [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)] [InventorySelectorCustom(typeof(InventoryItem.inventoryCD))] protected virtual void SOLine_InventoryID_CacheAttached(PXCache cache) { } [Serializable] public class InventorySelectorCustom : PXCustomSelectorAttribute { public InventorySelectorCustom(Type type) : base(type, typeof(InventoryItem.inventoryCD),typeof(InventoryItem.descr) , typeof(InventoryItem.itemClassID), typeof(InventoryItem.itemStatus), typeof(InventoryItem.itemType)

I am trying to create a customization to iterate through inventory items to update Prices in a BigCommerce store from a custom field I created called usrAIWHLPrice on an InventoryItem extension. I have created a new screen with a datasource which is based on a query that checks for that field not being null:public SelectFrom<InventoryItem> .Where<InventoryItemExt.usrAIWHLPrice.IsNotNull> .View InvItems;I am still getting to grips with how to do things in Acumatica so decided to just create a simple action as a first step that will create a list of inventoryitems I can iterate through and pull out the information I need. I created a button with an action: public PXAction<InventoryItem> prepareWHLData; [PXButton] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Prepare WHL Data", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] protected void PrepareWHLData() { PXTrace.WriteInformation("Preparing data..."); var

Has anyone successfully created a dashboard widget to show open expense receipts (screen ID EP301010) that have not been claimed without creating a custom GI?

Hi there,Basically we have one completed PO which is still appearing in approver’s approval screen. How do we get rid of it?

Hi, I have a requirement where one field must be printed with some amount of line spacing between them, if the field length is long and uses many lines. Is there an option in Acumatica Report Designer to increase line spacing or any other workaround to achieve space between according to the layout would be appreciated. Thank you.Line Spacing Must Increase for the Field Value Printed

I need to display on a custom GI the start and end log TIME(from the Appointment screen FS300200).As date-time fields are stored in UTC format. Therefore I use the next well known approach to calculate hour’s part into local time zone:Hour ( DateAdd ( [FSLog.DateTimeBegin], 'h', DateDiff ( 'h', NowUTC(), Now() ) )) But, the problem. How to manage winter/summer saving time periods? The customer is from Singapore, and Singapore doesn't have saving time period. With this Now/NowUTC approach for records from winter period a time is provided with one extra hour.

Hi everyone!  New to Acumatica here, learning GIs, copying, processing, etc.  I’m on my 2nd cycle through the courses, and I need to know what the following warning means:“The correlation name 'InnerQuery_BAccountR_Customer' is specified multiple times in a FROM clause.”I have removed, to the best of my knowledge, all traces of Relations & Conditions that would trigger this.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, everyone.
