We have a client who wants the “Period to” field on the Pro Forma invoice to reflect the end of the billing month, even when the invoice date is mid-month.I’ve tried every formula and table I can think of, but haven’t found a permanent work-around. For now, I’m using the month (e.g. If month = 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, or 12 then 31), which will work until leap year in February 2024.Has anyone else found a formula combination that shows the month-end date?

Hi All,I am trying pull kit specification information into stock items ->general tab.Suppose, a stock item is a kit and when this item is selected it would display the details of its components from kit specification screen. Is there any way to achieve that?

Hello!I created an attribute with control type Selector.  I want to be able to select an employee with this attribute. I do have 1 employee. I added this attribute to the production order type.My expectation is that I can now select an employee on my production order.  However, I cannot.  The attribute behaves like it is control type TEXT.  I can type anything into the attribute value.  Also, there is no magnifying glass icon next to the value box to do a search. Any thoughts?THANKS FOR ANYONE WHO CAN HELP!!!

Since last week, one user has not been able to access Acumatica through Chrome on their MacBook.  Basically, can log in fine but then the screen is frozen on the last page I was on and there is a “spinning wheel” in the vertical menu bar area.He has been working via Safari on his MacBook or via Chrome on his iPad without any issues. My preferred way to run Acumatica is Chrome on my MacBook.

In a Project, under the Addresses tab, in the State field, users are allowed to free type data instead of only using the selector list. This misinformation is skewing our reports. How can we disable free type?

My company is wanting to use Acumatica for forecasting.  I have read several topics that I can find on this subject but haven’t found anything helpful yet.  We are wanting to be able to put in a yearly forecast for each month.  Some months will not be the same as others;  example Jan. -25, Feb - 30, March =100 and so on.  Is Acumatica able to do this kind of forecasting?  I am new to Acumatica and have only usesd APO in the past..  I can only find where you enter 1 qty for the part code and it doesn’t appear to be taking what is in WIP or safety stock into consideration.

Hi,I want to get the information on the applied documents to the Payments and Applications form (AR302000) to a copy of the standard report that we are customizing. The standard report is AR Register Detailed (AR622000). We have used the following relationships to get the relevant data to the report. But the data does not display in the report as expected.can anyone please assist me on getting the relevant data to the report..

We have a client on 21.208 that has the self service portal.  When I publish customizations on the portal some of their workflow customizations in their main site go away.  Specifically reports and actions that we have added to the shipment screen (SO302000) through normal workflow customizations disappear.  This requires us to republish on the live site again. Can someone confirm if this is a bug that is fixed in a newer version or build? Thanks,Kurt

What API can I use to insert longitude latitude for customer location, I found in customer location api but I don't find longitude latitude field?

Hello,I’m trying to add the Available for Shipping calculation to a couple different GI’s but can’t figure out where it’s stored.  Everywhere I look either doesn’t give me an Inspect Element option, or it does as an Enquiry that I can’t get to work on the GI’s.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!Nathan

Hello,I’m setting up Sales Tax Reporting and I’m getting weird results in the Calculations… possibly human error. Grand Total Lines seem to be adding themselves to other totals, sometimes twice. In this case, it’s not possible for me to use line 13 (a total, not a group) in another total in the Grouping screen. How did it get included in Calculation Rule? What am I doing wrong? Version 2022 R1.Here are my Reporting Groups. I expect group 8 to be in 4 calculations (total lines 12, 13, 14, 15) and 13, 14 to not be used in Calculation Rule column:Thank you in advance for your advice!

Hi everyone. We encountered this issue. In the Bigcommerce, If a Customer uses a Credit Card during the checkout process, we have to Override their "Default Payment" method on the sales order.  It needs to be overwritten with "AUTH NET." I just conducted a test transaction. The Customer in question has a default payment method of "ACH." But, during the checkout process I used a Credit Card. When the order synced to Acumatica, the Sales Order pulled the default payment method of "ACH." This issue gets even worse when a Customer has a Default Payment Method of "CREDITCARD" in our system. In that scenario a Customer could pay with a credit card during Checkout and then Acumatica will run their card again when the order is invoiced. Double charging the Customer.

Hi team,I am looking for a “job traveler” or print version of the kit assembly. The folks in the warehouse need something to go by, when they assemble these kits.Thank you!Monika

Users most often ask why was a planned order created or not created or an exception message not generated or not generated.  The Detail Inquiry would be an ideal side panel for both of these screens.  And toss in the MRP Requirements by Item if desired.

Hello,Having an issue with the dunning levels not updating based on days past due. In “Prepare Dunning Letters” list, each customer is at level one despite some being 120 days+ past due. I have the levels specified under the AR preferences dunning tab. Any idea why levels aren't updating? Thanks in advanced!

I want to add a new column for the custom calculation on total of all inventory item’s Ext.Price.  How do achieve that. The value should update as the new field is added to the details tab.

After clicking of the print action on invoices and memos as shown below, the checkbox (printed)  is checked(triggered to be true) and a new form is opened. The new form opened is as below, if the user does not proceed to print using the opened form print action the checkbox on the other form remain checked. The checkbox printed remain true.Is there a way I can customize so that the checkbox (printed) can only be activated or set to true only if the print action on the second form is triggered?

Hi everyone,I saw the “Pick,Pack and Ship” screen has a setting that is Print Shipment Labels Automatically. I want to use it with Device Hub. How do I make it work? I can’t find any docs in official guideline. Anyone knows?

When you enter a new revision name on an existing BOM it would create a new revision under the same BOM ID and would copy all the details from the BOM and original revision.I am trying to do this through an import scenario so i can upload many new revisions under an existing BOM ID.So the way i set up the import was starting by @@BOM ID so it knows not to create a new BOM, rather look for the exisating BOM and i passed in a new Revision name.So it actually worked, it created a new revision under the existing BOM ID, but it didnt copy the BOM details, it created an empty BOM.Does anyone know what i need to add to my import to also copy the details?

Good day,I am not sure of the issue once again.  I want one order but on import is it gives multiple orders for each line on the sheet.  I guess something is wrong with scenario.Your assistance is greatly appreciated.Evan
