Hi Everyone,I have some inquiry regarding on the approval matrix that I need to set up.Here's the scenarioIf the Sales Agent put the Unit Price on the Sales Order less than the Unit Cost of an item. It will be subject to approval.but on the approval matrix, when I select the field name as unit cost and the condition is greater than the value is it a numeric digit, not a unit price? Is there a way to set up the requirements?  Thank you !

We use various status’ on service orders to indicate where in the service process an order resides. We have a request from our service group on whether we can provide insight into the number of days a service order takes from one status to another. Does Acumatica have this ability to track time within a certain status or time between status’?

We have a client that needs to implement Stripe so payments from events can be uploaded automatically into Acumatica under a general Customer ID. Then these transactions would be offset against a project under the Projects number and Project Task. Do we need to get a connector through an ISV for this? I know Acumatica has a license feature for Stripe. Any insight would be helpful or instructions?

Does anyone have experience with loading project balances.  We have approx. 300 projects “live” that need to be brought over to Acumatica.  Once the projects are loaded, how best to perform a mass update on project cost / revenue received to date? If possible, just focusing on cost-to-date ATM.  We’ll make a very simple budget structure that just relates to “cost types”  Cost-to-date needs to be loaded against this simple structure.

Hello,We are attempting to use the “Print Invoice and Memos” screen to send out a large number of invoices at the end of the month. We have the customer classes set up in the AR preferences to send the invoices to specific contacts (Screenshot below). when we processed the invoice through the “print invoice and memos” Screen, it was only sent to the primary contact. I have attached another screenshot of Customer mailing preferences. Are we missing a step to use this for this customer class?AR preferences > Customer Classes Customer Mailing and printing settings:

I added UDFs to the EP305000 screen in the Details Tab.  You can see here that the data is saving to the DB as expected. (Customer, MEP ID, Advisor ID, Product Line ID)I want to take the data after the hyphen in the Customer number field and put it into the Plan ID UDF.When I added the fields, it created a DAC Extension in PMTimeActivity. In the Project Editor, if I choose to add a handler on the Field Updated event for the Customer field, It creates a graph Extension as here:So, the DAC extension is as follows as public class PMTimeActivityExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.PMTimeActivity>but the graph extension is public class TimeCardMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<TimeCardMaint>This obviously won’t compile as the cache is not PMTimeActivity, but rather it is EPTimecardDetail.PMTimeActivityExt myExt = PXCache<EPTimecardDetail>.GetExtension<PMTimeActivityExt>(row); How can I get a reference to the DAC Extension when the cache is different from what the grap

Hi Team,Are we missing a step here as this list seems to be grow every month whenever we want to "close a financial period" in the inventory module? Thank you!

More and more people we cold call want to communicate thru text messaging. Is there a known 3rd party solution/integration that give us the ability to create and respond to text thru the Acumatica platform?

Hello! I’m having an issue with the sync between my BigCommerce store and my Acumatica Sandbox environment. I have a customer that will not sync to Bigcommerce. Previously it had been syncing to our Bigcommerce stores, but I believe that at one point the account on the Bigcommerce side had been deleted. Now, when I go to process data (or sync from sync history), the sync runs indefinitely. It does not throw an error, it just keeps going with no result. I’ve tried re-creating the customer in BigCommerce and changing the external ID on the sync to match the new one. That did not clear up the issue. Any ideas?

Hello - I have a weird issue. We have a custom field on our PO form called “Requested By”. If I go to the PO screen and preview/print, the value appears perfectly. However whenever the PO form is sent via a business event that I created, the “Requested By” field shows but not the value for some strange reason. I confirmed the business event is pulling the same form ID than the one I see when I preview it from the PO screen, so I have no idea what could be causing this. Wondering if there is something I need to change on the form itself or perhaps the business event?

Good dayMy company updated to 2022 R1.  I have a number GIs that use the @Today function.  Does it still work in the upgrade version.  I was previously on 2020 R1.  Do I need to replace it with Today().  (Date/Time fields). Does anyone have a list of the 2022 R1 GI functions?Thank you@Evan G

Hello!I’ve made some modifications to the Inventory Lookup smart panel in the Sales Order Screen.I added a new grid with a Split panel like this:The left grid shows the available attributes for the selected ItemClassID so that the users can search inventory items by it’s attributes. The “Search” button on the top of the attributes Grid, goes through the filtered Item list and gets the list of items that matches the user’s attribute selection. The problem is that I can’t update the right grid with the list of items. The Callbackcommand in the aspx is the following:<px:PXDSCallbackCommand Name="AttributeSearch" DependOnGrid="Attributes" Visible="False" />The button:<ActionBar> <CustomItems> <px:PXToolBarButton Text="Search" CommandName="AttributeSearch" DependOnGrid="Attributes" Visible=""> <AutoCallBack Command="AttributeSearch" Target="ds" /> </px:PXToolBarButton> </CustomItems></ActionBar>In the graph I try to

We have a unique situation where employees sometimes need pay advances for whatever reasons. These are usually paid back each pay period based on a fixed amount. I am wondering if anyone has dealt with this and what the best way would be to set this up in Acumatica Payroll so that repayment deductions can be made each pay period.

Has anyone ever added the overall average to the footer of this report? I’ve tinkered with it but haven’t gotten it to work and was hoping someone else has already accomplished this and could share their report version. Thanks!

We seem to be having an issue with our reports changing balances for previous periods.  Our Aged Period Sensitive report under Receivables is no longer tying out to our Trial Balance Summary report.  This issue seems to go back to February 2022, and each month from February to November no longer agrees. The issue seems to be invoices that were credited in subsequent months.  For example, the February Summary Trial Balance report shows a balance for the AR Trade (account# 11000) of $3,852,680.46.  The Aged Period Sensitive Report under Receivables shows a balance of $3,805,177.77 for a difference of $47,502.69.  This variance is due to AR invoice #38530 now not being picked up on the Aged Period Sensitive report when you run it for February 2022. This invoice was credited in May 2022. Not sure why the Aged Period Balance is dropping invoice #38530 when run for February. At the end of each month we tie out our Trial Balance with our subsidiary ledgers to make sure they agree and I save t
