Hi,I’m new to acumatica. I have a customized screen. There is a button with an action which opens a pop-up window. In this pop-up window I have loaded data from both POOrder DAC and POLine DAC. To load data , I created a view using SelectFrom attribute .But when I try to add data from the pop-up window to the grid of my customized form, I’m getting below error. 'Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Objects.PO.POOrder' to type 'PX.Data.PXResult`2[PX.Objects.PO.POOrder,PX.Objects.PO.POLine]'. Can someone help me to solve this issue please?Thank you.see the below code for reference.namespace GRIProformaInvoice.Extension{ public class APProformaEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<APProformaEntry> { public SelectFrom<POOrder>.InnerJoin<POLine>. Hi, I have a newly created screen including a form and grid. I have modified a button to pop-up a window which consists data of POOrder and POLine tables. To load data from these two tables, I have defined a view like below.public SelectFrom<POLine>          .InnerJoin<POOrder>.On<POLine.orderNbr.IsEqual<POOrder.orderNbr>            .And<POLine.orderType.IsEqual<POOrder.orderType>>>          .View POrdersView;I want to add some values from this smart panel to my custom grid in the screen. After adding the values to the grid, when I try to save to the database, I’m getting below error. There is no field called ‘OrderDate’ in my DAC for the grid, but both POOrder and POline have ‘OrderDate’. Even I don’t try to update records in these two tables, How can I get this error? Does someone have an idea on how to solve this?thank you

Hi,I’m customizing a new screen, In my screen I have a grid with some fields taken from my customized DAC. I modified some fields with Enabled=false property because I don’t need to allow edit those fields from the UI. below example for the reference.#region Ponbr        [PXDBString(15, IsUnicode = true, InputMask = "")]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Sales Order Number", Enabled = false)]                public virtual string Ponbr { get; set; }        public abstract class ponbr : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<ponbr> { }        #endregion        #region POLineNbr        [PXDBInt()]    [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Sales Order Line Number", Enabled = false)]    public virtual int? POLineNbr { get; set; }    public abstract class pOLineNbr : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<pOLineNbr> { }    #endregion But after adding them, I’m unable to change the width of these columns in the grid as required. Before modifying them , I had changed the width property in layout properties of these fiel

I am trying to build a GI using the INItemSite table to display the InventoryID and the MinQty designated for each warehouse. I’m trying to use the following formula to limit to the MinQty from a specific warehouse and will duplicate several times for each warehouse (grouping the results by InventoryID):=IIf([INItemSite.SiteID]='Warehouse-01',[INItemSite.MinQty],0)However, when I try to view the results I receive the following error message:Conversion failed when converting the varchar value 'Warehouse-01' to data type int. Anyone have any suggestions around this? I would imagine this error means the INItemSite.SiteID field does not actually contain the text data but is actually a numeric value assigned to that SiteID, but I can’t figure out how to fix this GI. Seems fairly straightforward.

Hi,Can we get report export as the XML one in the acumatica? Thanks & Regards

We encountered this error in our staging Environment. We have multiple staging sites on the server. Lets say we have Stage.myCompany.com, which points to DB1 And Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 points to DB2Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 works, but Stage.MyCompany.Com gets the “Database could not be accessed” error. They all use the same App Pool, and all have no issues except for the main staging site.We know it is not a database issue because if we use switch Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 to use DB1,  it works.   And if we switch Stage.MyCompany.Com to use DB2, it still shows the  “Database could not be accessed” error. We are using version 2021R1 Version 21.103.0054Is there way where we can trace what is causing the error? TIA Mark

Hi Team,We have a requirement (Build 22.106.0015) where we want to change To Mail address for Email Invoice/Send Invoice actions to a generic email address, more specifically the To Mail address should use Customer Parent Account mail ID if configured but if not configured then should use the Customer mail ID. And this functionality we wanted to have for Invoices, Invoices and Memos and Process Invoices and Memos screens. Can you please let us know the best possible way to achieve this.Thank you!

Hi,Is there anyway on this screen to not make lot/serial nbr mandatory? we like all the information on this inquiry but would like to see all items and make it so the cost can include landed cost. or does anyone know of a GI similar to this that can show that information?

Help! We are updating to 2022 R2 and therefore will no longer be able to use the imbedded Acumatica shipping integration with WorldShip. We have created an EasyPost account, followed the steps in the EasyPost configuration guide and still have unresolved questions / issues which our VAR is struggling to get answered from Acumatica.Has anyone made the transition from the Acumatica Smart Shipment integration with UPS WorldShip to the EasyPost integration? Below are our questions and the partial answers which we have received.“End of Day”: WorldShip includes an “End of Day” function which created a consolidated scan ticket for the driver, a Daily Shipment Detail Report and triggered the emails from UPS with the tracking numbers. Will WorldShip show the shipments which are confirmed in the EasyPost integration? (If so we would then be able to do End of Day in WorldShip and the three functions above would be completed.) If we can’t do End of Day in WorldShip then how do we get a consolidated

Hi All, We are experiencing some odd behavior and before opening a Support case, I wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar.A few items are blanking out the whole Kit Assembly Transaction once added. The items are active, are marked as a Kit and have an active Kit Specification Record.Blanked outExample below with another item that works:Any thoughts on why a few items would error out like that?

When creating users in Acumatica the Generate Password is set to True by Default. If email is setup, the user will get an email saying Welcome to Acumatica. It will include the Username and under that it says “Contact your system administrator for the password.” Where am I, as the System Administrator, supposed to get the generated password from? I usually always generate it myself for this reason.

We have a manufacturing prospect that produces thermoplastic products using the roto-molding process. This allows one or multiple products to be indexed and manufactured on the same machine. I need help figuring out a way to set up work centers to optimize machine efficiency and production schedule. In a nutshell, the molding machine is on a carousel with 3 indexing arms - one for unloading FG/loading materials, one for heating/molding, and one for cooling. For large-size products, each arm can only handle one unit of one SKU. For medium-size products, each arm can handle 2 units (i.e., a 2 x 1 unit configuration) of the same or 2 different SKUs. For small-size products, each arm can handle up to 10 units (i.e., 2 x 5 units) of the same or 2 different SKUs. Using a dumbbell analogy, I can load 4 x 5lb plates on one side and 2 x 10lb plates on the other. In short, we can have 1 but potentially up to 6 production orders running on the same machine. For a given BOM, each of the 3 operatio

I’m trying to set an attribute invisible using this line of code : var row = (SOLine)e.Row; if(row != null){                var rowExtension = row.GetExtension<Objects.SO.SOLineExt>();                PXUIFieldAttribute.SetVisible<rowExtension.UsrStkDispEntrp>(cache,row,false); }   but i’m getting this error : 'rowExtension' is a variable but is used like a type thanks.

How do you get a custom field to only show dependant on an earlier field choice? The scenario:On the Activity page CR306010, you can currently choose different activity types, such as phone call or note. We would like to add a custom field so that the custom field shows up when Phone Call is chosen. This Custom Field would be called Call Type, and have drop-down options such as Cold Call, Pricing Call, Customer Sevice Call etc. Then we are planning with that data to be able to see what type of phone calls are being made.  So the question is, if we add a custom field, how can we get it to show only when the Type Field is filled with the Phone Call option? Trust this makes sense.

Please help me out from this exception Message. I don’t understand why this happen. All API working fine, but in some API occurred a error. Please suggest me a solution for this issue.

Hello,Hoping that someone can help me with what I thought would be an easy task.  We have a couple of branches and each needs separate projects and thus separate Project ID’s. I have looked at a lot of different setup sections and cannot find anywhere that would allow me to change a setting that is associated with adding a different sequence for each branch.  It does not matter what I put in the Start # it gives me the same generic error. I have reviewed the segmented keys section and what I am attempting to add does not violate the setup criteria. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello, For our company, we have two employees with the same roles in Acumatica that need to be able to edit expense claims before they get approved. To do this, they put them on hold first, which I believe to be the correct process. However, one of the employees has the on Hold button available while the other does not. Does anyone know where/how to set up the users to have the same options available for expense claims?  Thank you!

What could be causing the error message shown in screenshot 1 when trying to create a bill related to a project with a task and an Inventory rate in the rate table? Additionally, why does enabling Project Specific Inventory result in an error message as shown in screenshot 2 when attempting to open the Purchase order screen, and what steps can be taken to resolve these issues?Screenshot 1Screenshot 2 Then I activated the Project Specific Inventory Now the Purchase Order is not opening. I even processed the Recalculate Project Balances for all projects, still the Purchase order screen not opening.
