Overlapping DatesIs there a way to fix the overlapping dates on dashboard widgets without reducing the maximum number of records displayed? This became an issue after an upgrade to 2022R2.

I’m trying to create a Request for Proposal to send to vendors. I want the vendor to quote one item at 2 different quantities. Inventory ID Qty Req’d IM2300 25 IM2300 50  When I click Request for Proposal, the form merges the two lines together as though I want the vendor to provide a quote for 75 of the item.   Is there a way to get the system to keep them as separate lines so I can send one form to a vendor requesting a quote for 25 and 50? Thanks!

I have a pair of DACs that are in a loose header/detail relationship. It isn’t directly parent/child but the header and detail fields are joined by shared data value, like a transaction number. The header DAC is linked to a field on SOLine using the same transaction number value. If the user attempts to delete the SOLine record, I want to check to see if it is okay to delete the related Header DAC. The Header DAC, in turn, needs to see if the detail DAC records can be deleted. If the Header DAC and Detail DAC records can be deleted, then I’ll let the SOLine.RecordDeleting event continue. If there is a problem, I’ll set e.Cancel = true.My question is - in what event should I do the deletion of the related DACs?  I need to instantiate a PXGraph for the Header and for each of the Detail records (each one could be a different PXGraph) because there are other tables that need to be updated.I’m not supposed to be creating PXGraphs in event handlers (I believe).Do I do this in SOLine.Persist whe

We are adding a new item to a product.  This is not a replacement of an existing item.  How can we add this one item to multiple BOM’s (roughly 120 BOMs) without having to go into each BOM to add that item?

A user is trying to “ACTIVATE UPGRADE” for a customer contract and is getting the error “Nullable object must have a value.”   Looking through the trace it doesn’t appear it’s caused by any customizations.  Has anyone else seen this error in the customer contract area?   We’re using 2022 R1.

The server I’m working with is an Azure Virtual Machine running the Datacenter edition of Windows Server 2019.  I am attempting to upgrade a staging instance from 21R1 to 22R1 and am continuously running into this error during startup:[InvalidOperationException: ASP.NET Core pipeline has unexpected entry point] PX.AspNetCore.Owin.<>c__DisplayClass4_0.<Init>g__CreateEntryPoint|0(Func`2 next) +252This server is currently running a production instance of 21R1 without issue. Hopefully that fact establishes the general Acumatica install prerequisites have been met on the server.I’ve made sure to install .NET Core 3.1, both the SDK and Runtime (including hosting bundle).  I’ll share command line output showing this a bit later in the post.  Visual Studio 2019 was installed prior to upgrading.  I have since updated to Visual Studio 2022 on this system. The staging instance was working just fine beforehand and I made sure to unpublish all customizations before upgrading. I’ve alr

Why does Time Card allow Time Spent = -ve Value?

Afternoon everyone,  I’ve run into an interesting scenario where a manufacturer will use the quarantine scrap action if there is any question the item may be damaged, then a QA process occurs and sometimes the item is deemed to be fine and can be moved back into finished goods.  The easy solution was to do an inventory transfer out of the quarantine scrap location into the finished goods location which works, but the client needs the qty scrapped value on the production order to update: So I started trying to do negative amounts on the scrap line of the move transaction:This seems to work from a financials standpoint (clears out the scrap expense entry) but it does not effect the inventory qty located in my default scrap location.  All material is being backflushed in this scenario.  Any help appreciated,

How to create MRP type Shipment?

I have an issue where we import a spreadsheet of labor to create a new import. Sometimes the supervisor will accidentally add an entry that is erroneous. I want to create an approval map that sees an entry that is greater than 8 hours and stops the import and alerts a group to look at it before it is imported. IS that even possible?

We are a new partner to Acumatica. We loaded a tenant that included the fast track Construction Edition for 2022 R2. However, our client is going to customize their preferences and will not use the Fasttrack. How can we remove this from the current tenant ort how do we create a new tenant without using a backup (if this is possible). Let me know.Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis
