I have a business events created for Customers where I emailed to the customers any changes that happens in the Billing information under BILLING tab of the Customers Profile. But unfortunately, it always shows the customer information in GENERAL tab because there are no options in the business events where I can select the Billing Information under Billing Tab.
Do you have any idea on how I can achieve this?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
