We have a few confirmed shipments which have not generated inventory GL entries through the Update IN function. Further, when I review the shipment itself, the Update IN field is greyed out. The order type is set to Update IN on shipment confirmation, so I am not sure why the Update IN has not run for this order - additionally not sure why I am unable to run it manually through the shipment itself.FYI - The invoice associated with this order has not been released, it remains in Balanced status.

we have a job setup with a cost code of 01-0500 Labor. When I view this cost code from Projects > Cost Budget it shows Actual Quantity of 58. However the actual amount is well beyond what 58 x our hourly rate would be.If I export all the time entry / payroll transactions that have hit that cost code, they are truly 315.5. And if I divide the ACTUAL AMOUNT / 315.5 that is accurate and correct. So my question is any idea why the cost budget would be showing only 58 hours?

I’m trying to set up Approval Maps for AP Bills.  Certain Vendor Bills need to be approved by certain managers.  There is also a list of vendors that don’t need an approval.  My first attempt didn’t seem to work.  IBelow are the screenshots for the Step & Rules.  Any help would be appreciated!

I have looked on the forum and haven’t found a single post or more information for “leveling” customization on the Customization Projects Screen. Is there a good way to properly level customization? What kind of approach should someone have when dealing with multiple customizations for the same screen?

Hi All,I am currently researching how to automatically send label files to a printer for printing. After reviewing the documentation, we found that we can utilize Acumatica Device Hub for this purpose. I would like to inquire whether Acumatica Device Hub can be installed separately on the client-side.Additionally, apart from using Device Hub, are there any other methods you would recommend for achieving automatic label printing? Thank you,Reggie

While trying to get the Inventory ID and transaction description on the pivot table, we noticed that when the fields are added to the Values section, they are displayed as numbers in the pivot table.    The fields work fine in the other sections of the table except for that particular one. Any thoughts?

In 21R2, I had created a small customization project to handle UI tweaks. One of these was to alter the grids on GL40.40.00 and AR40.20.00 so that they would generate 200 records at a time which could be scrolled through, and the rest could be accessed via paging. I accomplished this with these settings on the grid. AdjustPageSize: ManualAllowPaging: TruePageSize: 200 After upgrading to 23R1, these settings no longer work, and AllowPaging appears to behave like a mutually exclusive switch between paging with auto page size and scrolling with manual page size. Is this just the new behavior of these settings? Are scrolling and paging not allowed simultaneously anymore?

We just upgraded to the latest acumatica version R1 2023 and the StoragePlaceStatus status table is now obsolete.   I need quantity info from table for one of our generic inquiries.  Does anyone know which table may now contain that datafield that I am looking for.  Or is there a map available somewhere of the tables?

how do you manage old customization (delete them or keep them in Acumatica for a certain period of time before deleting) We have many customers with customizations that we no longer use, for the sake of organization my team wants to clear these old customizations from the Project Screen and delete them. Is this common practice?
