Access rights only to files that you've created yourself

Hello everybody,
is it possible to restrict a certain user that he/she can only DELETE files that he/she have created herself? As of now, I know only the option to restrict a user to not delete any file (no matter who created it).

I believe with a code customization this could be accomplished. Without code, I’m not aware of any way. On some screens, perhaps workflow could be used, but I don’t believe this is an option for file maintenance.
