How To added new Parameter Start date and end date in default data source settings Added

From what I’ve read through on Non-Stock items with Kit Specifications, it is mostly intended for sales orders and purchase order documents, but we have a case where would like to use it within a BOM and production order so that it calls out the underlying items specified and not having to use a kit stock item or full production order to mfg these items. When testing it out, the production detail seems to only call out the kit and not the underlying items with the production order / MRP. Has anyone had success in doing this?

In 23R1 (Build 23.108.0020 ) I’m noticing that whenever I use the Create Opportunity action from the Business Account screen, the new opportunity wont bring the Bussiness Account specified currency. Is it just me? or this is a missing detail in this version. Thanks!!

When creating a Sales Order and Quotes, How can we set a minimum order quantity per item so it will only reflect and allow you to order the minimum of that particular item?Right now looks like you can only do this on the Purchase Orders but we need a minimum order on the Sales Orders and Sales Quotes. So when the sale person is creating a quote or order they can only add the minimum quantity. Example but for POs: https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/implement%2Dminimum%2Dorder%2Dquantity%2Don%2Dpurchase%2Dorders%2D4931 Also some items are sold in even numbers or pairs. How would you set up the item in Acumatica so they can only be added to a Sales Order in even numbers or pairs per item?

My client links all sales order to production. Each sales order line has a promise date and ship date. The ship date is the date that production needs to be completed. They are using APS to schedule production which is properly using the ship date as the finish on constraint prior running the scheduling operations. The issue is MRP is still using the ship date as the promise date resulting in a shortage of materials for scheduled production. How do we get MRP to look at the scheduled production to properly identify material requirements? We are on 23R1  - 23.110.0025

When creating a Purchase order the Description field in the header does not come over to the Receipt screen.  It does flow over to the AP Bill screen.  Logic should be the same as the Sales order where the header description flows from Sales Order to Shipment to Invoice.

 I am using a copy of the AR641000 (my invoice is  (AR6410C2), and using the Address table, along with INSite table (including the other tables which are already a part of the report), the Address table is the Parent, left join to the INSite as the child. The common field in both is the AddressID. Most of the header has been modified and I am currently working on the Ship From information. Dragging and dropping just one data field (Address.DisplayName, which should come up with 3174 Desalvo Road, one of the Warehouse addressess), I get an error:If I take the Address and INSite back out of the schema, the report has no issues. I have also tried using a join with the Address and some of the other tables used, but get the same error.

Hi there, I have a client that uses the same components. Instead of entering various item lines is there a way to create a kit (or something else?) that would show each item individually.  I created the kit but it only shows the kit price, but I need to show each individual item instead. Please advise what my options are. Thank You

How do I unpublish all customizations via Postman? I am a newb to the Postman platform (just installed it), but I have broken my instance, all screens come up blank, and need to unpublish via Postman if possible. If someone could send me a screenshot/walkthrough of what I’m needing, I’d be super appreciative!

Hi Everybody, Just a simple question as I’m new to Acumatica System. We have some AP and AR & Bank transactions in a foreign currency (USD) while our base currency is AUD.  In our old system we used to run an unrealized gain/loss report and it would tell us to make an adjustment to the AP/AR/Bank account, with the differences taken into a FX Unrealized Reserve GL  in the equity section. How do we do that same in Acumatica. Is there a report we run so make the same transaction?  Additionally, how does it calculate the realised gains and losses? Thanks in advance.  Regards, HAK

Hi there,I need to add a pivot table onto side panel on SO301000 screen.First, I created new GI report with needed joins and added pivot table to it. Then I created an action on screen with 'SidePanel' type and set destination screen to my GI report. As a result, on Side Panel I got only GI "All Records" tab, without "PivotTable" tab.Does anybody know how to add pivot table to Side Panel of a screen?

Looking to get a little more specific with my AP dashboard.  There are options to filter it by “overdue” but I’d like to get it where i can have it as it APPROACHES overdue.  For example, my vendors that are 60 day net terms.  I would like the color to turn red when it’s at 45 days as it approaches overdue. Is there a way to do this?

We are currently dealing with a minor issue regarding approvals. While the approval maps work as-intended, our users aren’t always as keenly aware of account/subaccount structures as Finance is, and so a few purchase orders, projects, and the like are being coded incorrectly by non-Finance users and approved by their non-Finance supervisors. We usually don’t catch these until after they have already been submitted for processing. Is there a way we can set up something in Acumatica so that we don’t need to start the whole approval process all over again when we code-correct any submissions?

I’ve got what seems to be an obscure technical question, but read all the way to the end to see why it matters. If I build a Generic Inquiry on the CustSalesPeople table, the IsDefault field appears in the SQL Trace results, showing that this value is pulled from the database. See these two screenshots: But if I build a Generic Inquiry on the POVendorInventory table, the IsDefault field does not appear in the SQL Trace results. Somehow it must get magically pulled from the Acumatica Framework somehow. See these two screenshots: Now for why this matters. I’m able to use CustSalesPeople.IsDefault in a CONDITION or a JOIN, but I’m not able to use POVendorInventory.IsDefault in a CONDITION or a JOIN. Sometimes I need to get the “default Salesperson for a Customer” so I join from Customer to CustSalesPeople and include CustSalesPeople.IsDefault=true in the join. This works great. But what if I need to get the “default Vendor for an Item”? I’m not able to do that because I can’t join from In

Hi there,Is there a number to contact Acumatica directly on? I can’t seem to find anything at all online. Thanks!Conor

Hi All, We are currently working on a simple Data Integration via .csv file through an SFTP server. Our client gave us all the credentials and we are able to connect via File Synchronization onto the Server (no security setting issue). Our problem is that Acumatica is not taking the file.As it is only my second time creating this, I was wondering if it has something to do with these settings down here: What do I need to keep in mind?We tried multiple things with the Import File Regular Expression and in the last test we just had a file exactly named this way and it didn’t pull either.Despite that, the wishful format is “Ott-Inv-YYYY-MM-DD” that we are pulling from the Server and we want to save a new version in Acumaticas file maintenance that then triggers Import Scenarios. (Import Scenario triggering is working when manually uploading new file). Any suggestions on generally troubleshooting Acumatica not pulling the file from the server? And any suggestions on how the Screen setup would

Can someone help me out?Here is my sample codepublic PXAction<HMRCVendorRegisterDetail> VerifyVendors;        [PXButton(CommitChanges = true)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Verify Vendors", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select, Enabled = false)]        protected virtual IEnumerable verifyVendors(PXAdapter adapter)        {                        foreach (HMRCVendorRegisterDetail vendorRegisterDetail in VendorRegisterDetail.Select())            {                                if(vendorRegisterDetail.UsrSelect == false)                {                    //Need to show a error message on paricular row                }                else                {                    //Logic                }                                               }            return adapter.Get();        }Thanks

Hi all,In Payments and applications screen, I want to load corresponding invoices automatically when we updating customer. Although it should work as default, it is not working. Is there any configuration that I should do to enable this? or Can I do that using a customization? Any idea on this?

Hi all,I have defined a key field in my newly created DAC as follows#region RefNbr [PXDBIdentity(IsKey = true)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Ref Nbr")] public virtual int? RefNbr{ get; set; } public abstract class refNbr: PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<refNbr> { }#endregion This is how I defined it in DB ScriptRefNbr INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT UNIQUE, In my Screen it shows Like this initially before record is saved. But After it is saved it shows the actual RefNbr like (1,2,3….) How can I stop showing this as a negative value. Can I show that as <New> instead of this negative value before saving the record. Thanks

I am trying to change the “Create Appointment” button on the Service Order screen so it opens up in a new window instead of the current. Is there a way I can only override part of the action?
