Solved

Hello! I’ve created a business event to send out an email with an attached form (AP payment remittance) whenever it is triggered (or payment is issued). I’ve created this same exact event and form in another tenant and it works perfectly! However for some reason in this one, it will send the email and form, but the fields appears blank. I’ve tried recreating the event and form several times and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I’m trying to debug Acumatica 23r1 source code but am unable to get the symbol files to load so my breakpoints are hallowing and say “The Breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document.” I’d like to figure out how to get the source code debugging to work. Also has anyone else been able to debug the Acumatica 23r1 source code?I was using Acumatica 22r2 and I was able to debug that just fine. I also installed Acumatica 21r2 and I could debug that without issues. I tried 2 different builds of 23r1, 100.0138 and 103.0013(making sure to check the box to install the debugging tools), but both had the same issue.I’ve tried clearing my symbol cache via Visual Studio and deleting the TemporaryAspFiles folder where the files seem to get put but I still get the same issue. I’ve also tried installing fresh instances of Acumatica and creating fresh customization projects but that has not worked either. I used hyper-v to create a windows 11 VM(my PC is windows 10

Hi All,I am running into an issue while importing check payment transactions to the AR payments and application screen. My scenario setup is given below along with the error I am getting. I have Integrated CC processing enabled under 3rd party integrations and I suspect that is what is causing the problem but it really shouldn’t since this is a check payment and not a CC payment. Let me know if you guys have any ideas. Acumatica version: Acumatica 2023 R1 Build 23.111.0019

hi all is there a pdf somewhere which list all the new features that the 2024 r1 version will have ?

when I setting up a connection to the BigCommerce store in Acumatica ERP the following error has occurred.Error: Test connection failed: Content: {"status":403,"title":"You don't have a required scope to access the endpoint","type":"https://developer.bigcommerce.com/api-docs/getting-started/api-status-codes","errors":{}}Status: Forbidden.

Hi Team,We are working with Build 23.112.0032 and have a requirement to not copy field (attribute) values present under USER-DEFINED FIELD tab while creating new document from existing ones. Can you please suggest the best possible way to achieve it.Thank you!

We allow our customers to drop-ship items to their customers directly from our warehouse. We need a way to override the label generated by CONFIRM SHIPMENT in certain cases and put the customers from address instead of our address.  Is there any way to do this already or how complicated is it to do this? I was thinking of an identical button next to the CONFIRM SHIPMENT button that would do the same process but insert the customers address info instead of our address.I’m just trying to see if this is an option at this stage or even if there is a better way to do this. Thanks,Phil

Sales Order Quote Report  Print-Quote-Form: Screen ID SO641000

Hello Community,I have been looking for ways to generate AP Bills directly from the Projects screen

I have seen the The multi-part identifier could not be bound error before, but this time it is giving it on my custom field which is simply a string. When I run this with the VS2022 debugger running, the error is not caught, so I am not sure where it is even happening in my code. This is the workflow:create an Opportunity.  From opportunity, create a “Project Quote”Creating Project QuoteConvert Project Quote to Project:Convert to Project Add a row on the revenue budget tab for the project:Adding Revenue ItemAnd, when I go to save I get the error message (note the error is in the CROpportunity for some reason:)Error Message UsrAuthorizedByContact does exist in the SQL Database, and it does have value:This is the stack trace of the error: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The multi-part identifier "CROpportunity.UsrAuthorizedByContact" could not be bound. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseI

Hi guys, do you know if there’s any way to set up a black list of creditors so that once we are in a conflict, the invoices to them will be suspended in any way? Thanks!

Greeting all, before upgrading to 23r2 there was no problems with 22r1but after upgrading i am facing an error in invoices screenThere is an error that’s pops up whenever i want to delete any invoice.says “This record is referenced by at least one 'dbo.SOInvoice' record. The operation cannot be completed.” i unpublished all the customizations and then it worked well,so i tried and commented The customizations of soinvoice_extension and its dac extensions only but the error still the same.so i may have to debug the delete action to see why it gives error and how to solve it.So how to debug the builtin delete action?

Hello everyone, I understander GI and GN line type in ARTran table. But what is DS and MI line type? I can’t find any information about this.

I read somewhere that with 2021 R2 it should be possible to make URLs clickable in a Generic Inquiry.  Does anyone know if it’s possible and if so how do you do it?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a scenario whereby a notification email is sent if an order with a duplicate CustomerOrderNbr is created?I thought perhaps I could create a GI with aggregated results - grouped by the CustomerOrderNbr field - with an OrderNbr count, but according to this article GIs with Grouping are not supported by Business Events:  Anyone know of a different approach that would solve this?

I’m working on a GI that information is needed from both the PMProjectRevenueTotal and ARInvoice tables. Right now, I have both of these as child tables to the parent table of PMProject. However, both are coming up with the parent/child fields as contractid equals projectid, so my results are skewed. The projects themselves are only pulling in once, but the column values are multiplying based on how many times the project has been invoiced. Are there other tables/relations that will allow data from CuryRevisedAmount, CuryUnpaidBalance, and CuryRetainageUnreleased that won’t result in the inaccurate values? Thanks!

When a fixed asset is set up the asset class controls the depreciation method, once you have run a few depreciations can the method be changed to another calculation method for this asset?

Is there a way, (without writing a customization), to edit and add more drop-down entries to the Employee History Start Reason column?Today these are the only options, but I want to add a couple others, like, for example, FMLA.

I want to create a custom button and call it using the postman. I tried it with the "CreatePayment" button. But it doesn't work  Is it possible to do this?

When we try to retrieve bank transactions from our linked cards/bank accounts, we receive an error message of “Invalid Authorization Header” which is preventing us from bringing in transactions. When we click update credentials for the card/bank account, we receive the same error message.

Community,I’m looking for a way to be able to export a GI that has the total aggregate function set up.  The report that I have has multiple items that have the SUM aggregate function set up, but when we export that to excel, that information does not export. Is there a way to get this to export?Bottom of the GI report Thank you!Trisha

Hi. Can someone tell me the steps to apply validation message to the save button? I want provide a validation message when user click on save. It’s bit urgent. Thanks in advance.

Dear ALL,We encountered an error with the Payments and Applications screen (AR3020PL) and some Generic Inquiry screens when using the Google Chrome. This error only appears on some computers, not all computers. When switching to Microsoft Edge browser, there is no error. Please advise how to fix the error. Note: Acumatica Version 2020 R1 Best Regards,NNT
