Editing Employee History Start Reason

Is there a way, (without writing a customization), to edit and add more drop-down entries to the Employee History Start Reason column?

Today these are the only options, but I want to add a couple others, like, for example, FMLA.

Nevermind, sorry.  I found where it will require a customization but performed as a low-code option.

So all good.
