Hello - When attempting to cut checks, we are getting the below error message, “Cannot generate the next number for the sequence”, and the last payment reference number was 9999. It seems like there us currently a 4 digit cap on the length of the Payment Reference Number. How do I extend the length available numbers on this field? I could not find it in the numbering sequences, and it is different than the AP Payment numbering sequence. Thanks!!

Hello all,i have been trying to allow the approver of expense claim to be able to change the document on Hold even after it’s approved but before releasing so that they can edit the particular doc. I tried to modify the Access rights by setting the Hold = Edit  but it still doesn’t allow the employees with Approver role to change the expense claim doc back to hold after approving the doc. How can I get this done? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I am modifying access rights by role and ran into an issue. Under the menu for files the user can open the menu. If the user clicks on edit they will be taken to the home page if they do not have the correct permissions.  I found that under access rights by role under Hidden. There are two file descriptions. What is the difference between File Maintenance and Files.  Thanks

I faced a scenario where i had to reverse over 4000 invoices using SO Credit Note because there was stock involved. These invoiced had been posted without VAT and Tax authorities requested that they be redone. I managed to use import scenarios to reverse and repost the invoices.I am now facing challenge with constructing an import scenario to apply the invoices to the credit memos. Any help welcome

Just need to clarify - does the ecommerce connector support syncing a stock item attribute to a product variant metafield in Shopify? Or does it only support syncing to a product metafield?

I am very beginner to the Acumatica ERP.I have to do a customization which is in Sales Price Worksheet screen summary area invisible effectiveDate, expirationDate and Promotional fields  and add them into same screen but into the details area(Grid). and then when user insert the input on the grid and saving of the Sales Price Worksheet and press remove hold then the release button and the Sales Prices screen prices should updated properly. The inputs of those added fields to the grid of sales price worksheet screen should be pass to the sales prices screen similarly. In the sales price worksheet screen, the grid retrieve data from ARPriceWorksheetDetail Dac but Sales price screen grid retrieve data from ARSalesPrice Dac. The issue is those two Dac s are not connected in direct references. I couldn’t get same value of effectiveDate field in sale price worksheet screen to Sales Prices screen. Basically I need to know how to connect ARWorksheetDetail Dac and ARSalesPrice Dac

We want to be able to use the file uploader to add parts to an opportunity details. In order for the pricing of the parts to not default back to the parts original value in inventory pricing the Manual Price check box need to be set to True. Are there and documented system requirement for the workstation where device hub is running ?

In a service order, user is attempting to add an Instruction line under Details and is getting the “An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry” error when just clicking the + to add the line.   No other information has been entered at this time (e.g., Line Type, etc.).  I see the error related to imports and customers but not with service orders.  Thanks for any thoughts, suggestions.

Hello, I would like to bring it to attention that the Acumatica: Report Outages page has been experiencing an error for about a month now. Here is a screen shot.   Would someone please let me know how I can report connectivity issues, or if this is a problem with my login? Nobody wants to be caught in a position where the service goes down, and there is no clear procedure for reporting outages.

If I exceed certain percentage , will that cause an issue in the system performance ?

The issue is when attempting to move fields minutely with the CTRL+ arrow keys, the field takes drastic moves often ending up in a different section. Normally using the CTRL+arrow keys will enable movement in minute amounts to get alignments and such just right. I’ve tried uninstalling Report Designer, reinstalling it, and the same thing happens.

Our Packing Lists needs LotSerialNbrs and I’m attempting to duplicate the process that we used in our Commercial Invoices, but having issues trying to figure out where those LotSerialNbrs would be coming from. Any help as far as letting me know the DAC’s involved would be appreciated.

In the Project modules, our project managers are restricted by their assigned customers. They can only record new project quotes and project for their respective customers. Typically, project quotes inquiries and project inquiries display only the projects assigned to the respective project manager who has restricted by their customer and they are not able to see other PQ and Project in inquiries. However, project managers can access other PMs' projects by using the 'Go to next Record' (page down) or 'Go to previous record' (page up) options in the top menu of the project and project quote pages.it seems that Restriction by customer doesn't work properly to make restriction on Project and Project QuotesIs there a way to deactivate these options or otherwise restrict project managers' access?

Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R1Build 23.107.0022 +Hey folks, running into this when i try to run billing on a service order.  I checked the labor item on Ref. Hello,I am trying to create an import scenario to delete the Media URL’s form a number of Stock Items. I have tried =null, and blank entry imports, but am missing something.  It seems I need a delete Action, but there is none available in the import scenario for media urls. Attached is the Import Scenario i’ve been using.  There’s a bunch of stuff on there, but I just need the Media URL’s for this. Thanks!Nathan

On screen "Pick, Pack, and Ship", (SO302020) I am trying to make some changes, but it is an odd screen so any ideas would be welcome. I have managed to make some changes and I am spending a lot of time in the debugger trying to understand what I can do but I haven't got that far yet. I have been working with methods and events like:SOShipLineSplit_RowSelectingSOShipLineSplit_RowSelectedSOShipLineSplit_LineNbr_FieldSelecting These don't fire when I would expect. They don't fire when I click on the grid. Perhaps this is because the grid is is not editable. I don't see how to change this. Basically what I ideally want is to detect when a row is selected or clicked on and then run code populate the Scan field with the Inventory Code. I could also do this from the header on a button or something, but when I play with events on the header and get a link to the table I can't see a selected row in there so I am stumped.// Acuminator disable once PX1045 PXGraphCreateInstanceInEventHandlers [Jus

We have a situation where we need to apply the outstanding balance of the debtor to the outstanding balance of the creditor. Is there an existing offsetting functionality or third party solution that can be used?

Hi All,I need to avoid the data saving once validation fails. I wrote a method in RowPersisting event. I am wondering if anyone is currently using 2D barcode for the items within Acumatica?  I have a customer that is wanting to use 2D barcode labels and they are in the auto industry.  What is being used for the 2D format by customers that are using Acumatica distribution or manufacturing.

Hi EveryoneHope everyone is doing well. The Acumatica Portal is down:

The report itself is rather simple. It’s a profitability analysis report where I have to show how much item we have sold to a customer, filtered by date. The formula for my Qty field right now is:=sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] <> 'CRM' AND [ARTran.CuryTranAmt] >= 0, [ARTran.Qty], 0 )) - sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] = 'CRM', [ARTran.Qty], 0 ))which lists the items we sold to the customer for a cost. Now, we also give out free stuff to our customer, and for that, I use this formula:=sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] <> 'CRM' AND [ARTran.CuryTranAmt] > 0, [ARTran.Qty], 0 )) - sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] = 'CRM', [ARTran.Qty], 0 ))I was using VisibileExpr field under properties > behavior to switch between formulas from a parameter where user selects if the report has any free items or not. Is there any way to do it without using VisibleExpr? I was looking for a way to do the same thing I’m doing right now, but simpler.. Maybe using just one field for Qty rather than using 2 and re
