Hello fellow Field Service users,Do you know if there is a way to communicate with field service employees about appointments or issues with appointments in Outlook or Teams? Thanks,Kay Howe@gball

Hey everyone,Quiet some time ago I found this fantastic report that showed a lot tracked item and every transaction (sales order, receipt, production order etc) with it’s lot number. It was FANTASTIC and I can picture it but I can’t find it in ACU hoping someone can rattle off the name of it with that very vague description. I know the report lines were collapsible and expandable and there were some icons/images on the report. *sigh* Anyone have ANY ideas?

Hello,We are experiencing some issues on our development machines.I open a report from the live tenant. Then I modify it and save it as new version in test tenant. The report is saved as new version in the live tenant.Client’s Acumatica version: 24.108.0034My Report Designer version: 24.207.0011Does anyone know what may be causing this issue? Any help will be appreciated. :)

Hello,I am trying to have a GI show the value for ARSalesPrice.PriceCode and I keep getting no results. We have two codes (Default and Westcoast).  The “Sales Prices” screen (AR202000) shows them perfectly fine.  But it requires the user to choose from all of the filters. I have tried all kinds of joins and conditions, yet they just will not display.  I have attached the GI and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I have some issues when customizing the Prepare Payments screen. I had to make the Pay Date Within checkbox unchecked by default. So I opened the screen in Customization Mode and selected the Override on Screen Level option. Then I removed the following code: [PXDefault(true)]This is the final code of the customization: When the screen is opened, the checkbox is unchecked, but the data that is loaded is incorrect. Some of the documents are missing.I have to check and uncheck it in order to show all documents. Any help will be appreciated. :)

Hi guys,I'm trying to mass update the "Shipping Terms" field via a Generic Inquiry, but I can't find the field in the mass update options. What can I do?Thanks in advance!

Hi, Does anyone know of a way to automatically add a drop ship fee to an order that is coming from a 3rd party such as SPS?The item is a Non-Stock item and they want it added just for certain customers.  Thank you.

I’m getting the following error when I try to create a Sales Order:Document cannot be saved. Document number (<NEW>) equals to the New Number Symbol of a Numbering Sequence. Please change document number. This doesn’t make sense since I want the system to set the Sales Order Nbr so I need to use <NEW> for the Order Nbr.  Is this a configuration issue?

When a customer makes a warranty claim, we replace the item for free. We want to ship the replacement out immediately and don’t want to wait to receive the defective product. I am using the RR (return with replacement) order type but am unable to Create Shipment without first running the Create Receipt process and confirming that the return shipment has been received. Am I not able to use the Return with Replacement order type to ship out a replacement product before receiving the defective product? If not, what is the best process for handling this scenario? Process:Create new RR order In the details section, use the Add Invoice button to select the invoice containing the item that needs replaced Click the Create Shipment button to send out the replacement itemThis results in the error “Order RR does not contain any items planned for shipment”.

We are busy with an implementation and in the test company I tried to delete subaccounts / Segment Value and Keys that I feel won't be necessary. No transactions were processed as yet, but now I am not able to post or create anything. Please guide me on how to fix this? I am getting this error:Error: INTERCO, REVENUE STREAM of [VDiscountSubID] do not exist in the system.

Is there a configuration in the system to automatically copy and paste the start date, end date, start time, end time from the ‘Scheduled’ section to the fields of the ‘Actual’ section?  We run pretty simple that the appointments will always take place strictly the same start/end datetime as scheduled. It would be really nice if we could have a function to determine that the appointments will always take place as schedule. So that, the users don’t need to fill out the actual date/time maually. Thank you very much!

hello all,I have added a custom button in the AR302000 screen, that redirects to a custom report. I want to display this button only for Doc Type = PPM. how can I do so in Project editor? I have successfully added the button but not able to apply the condition.Regards.

Hi Team,Regarding the financial reports, I noticed that not all accounts are visible on the following reports. Is it possible to ensure that all accounts listed in the chart of accounts are appropriately included in both the Profit & Loss statement and the balance sheet?  Can we make it if a new account is added it will automatically added to the reports? See highlighted reports that need to be correctedThank you

I can successfully implement Implement a Plug-In for Processing Credit Card Payments, but there is a tricky problem.Suppose after DOTransaction, I need to add a simple LineItem (such as a surcharge, which is actually known after DOTransaction) to the Line Item of the Sales Order based on the payment amount.Acuamtica does not seem to allow me to add such an item. In which interface should I implement such an addition action?

Hello Community,Has anyone successfully installed the Acumatica 2025 R1 instance locally?I’ve attempted the installation multiple times, but I keep running into the same issue. After selecting the Sales Demo data and choosing DefaultAppPool as the application pool, the installation process starts — but shortly after, the dialog box simply disappears without any error message or confirmation. No instance is created, and nothing else happens.I’ve followed the same steps that worked perfectly for earlier versions (2023 R2 and 2024 R1), so I’m wondering if there’s anything different or additional that needs to be considered for 2025 R1.Has anyone else faced this behavior or found a workaround? Is there any change in prerequisites or installation flow for this release?Any insights, tips, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

In our current version of Jamis Prime, the workflow on the Vendors screen (AP303000) is read only. I would like to create a custom workflow for vendor approvals. Is there a configuration I can select that would allow for me to extend the workflow to include our requirements?

Is there any way to mass create purchase receipts for purchase orders? I need to somehow mass create purchase order receipts for drop-ship POs. I know there is a mass action button for POs that makes me believe this is doable but it only creates a purchase receipt for the first PO select on the list which makes sense since a purchase receipt number has to be created (and that is only created after a purchase receipt is saved)

We are new to Acumatica and still in the learning stages and business processes.  We have used sales forecast in the past along with a production forecast.  How can we still use both and which one is best for our production dept to use?  We want the sales orders to pull from the forecast but not both.Looking for knowledge and how we can make this work.

I post one wrong invoice post to in module with unit cost but I create credit memo back when post in module the unit cost zero. Could guide me.

Hi everyone, I’m just getting started with the Acumatica REST API and have successfully set up a GET request to the Employee endpoint, which returns a list of employees. However, I noticed that the BAccountID field, which is linked via DefContactID, is not included in the response. I’d like to know if it’s possible to add this BAccountID field to the Employee endpoint, and if so, what’s the correct way to do it—should I use the Customization Project Editor, or is it something that needs to be handled in code? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello Everyone,Coming from an SAP B1 background to Acumatica, how do you raise multiple shipments against a sales order if you only use one warehouse, without having to confirm the first one.In SAP there is a function called Pick Pack Manager which allows as many pick lists as you need that can be then consolidated into a single delivery docket or shipment. How does Acumatica deal with this type of setup.I know this is an SAP setup however it is extremely useful if you need to pick items at different stages and then ship them together on a single delivery docket or shipment.

I am having trouble getting a user access to Generate a customer statement with Generate on Demand. The user has multiple roles. Only one of these roles should have access to run the report. In access rights by screen → Receivables→ Customers → Customer → Generate on Demand I have given the “Edit” to the role which should have that right. When a user has multiple roles does Acumatica prioritize the most restrictive role? If that is the case, I suppose the role without access to Generate on Demand is preventing access?I have dozens of unique situations like this, and am hoping I don’t have to create a unique role for each.

Action Name: Action@GenerateOnDemandStatementHello, I am trying to give a role access to generate a statement on demand. This is using the Actions dropdown on a customer record.I’ve given the user’s role permissions to generate statements, etc, and they can get to the main generate statement menu, but they do not see the “Generate Statement on Demand” selection in Actions.I was able to find what I think is the exact permissions, but the user already has (inherited) delete rights to Receivables: Customers: Customer: Generate Statement on DemandHow do I determine which rights are needed for dropdown actions? Thanks for reading! My admin user can see itUser doesn’t see it
