In our current version of Jamis Prime, the workflow on the Vendors screen (AP303000) is read only. I would like to create a custom workflow for vendor approvals. Is there a configuration I can select that would allow for me to extend the workflow to include our requirements?

This is a good one. In reference to Customization Projects for Vendors, currently the “State Identifier” is only a read only.
We are going to make changes in JAMIS Prime ERP version 9.0 to where Vendors will no longer use the “State” workflow. This is something that was done by Acumatica. In version 8.0, it is recommended to set roles for the state changes. Then assign to those that you want to be able to set the vendor to “Active”.

The same goes for CR Opportunities. In version 9.0 it will no longer be Read Only. You will be able to modify the workflow.
