Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to automatically add a drop ship fee to an order that is coming from a 3rd party such as SPS?

The item is a Non-Stock item and they want it added just for certain customers.

Thank you.

Hi Kandy! A business event that triggers based on a specific customer and non-stock item number that triggers an import scenario to sales orders that adds the drop ship fee may work.

What status is the SO in when SPS brings it over to Acumatica?  You could try placing it on hold in your import scenario, add the drop ship fee non-stock item, and then re-release it.

Thank you @josborn02 ! It was a business event with an import scenario. I just had to tweak somethings around that I already had in place.!
