Hello fellow Field Service users,

Do you know if there is a way to communicate with field service employees about appointments or issues with appointments in Outlook or Teams?

The easiest way is to receive an e-mail notification when an order is placed or the status changes (e.g. in case of problems - customer cancels appointment).
