Generic INquiry Mass Update Field: Shipping Terms

Hi guys,

I'm trying to mass update the "Shipping Terms" field via a Generic Inquiry, but I can't find the field in the mass update options.

What can I do?

Not possible suspect because the field is not on customer record but the location record

Hi ​@FinnSystemAG,

Yes, I checked and the Shipping Terms field is not available under the Mass Update Fields tab. I'm not sure why it's excluded, but if you need to update Shipping Terms in bulk, you can do so using an Import Scenario instead.

    ​@FinnSystemAG You could do it on the Customer Locations GI.

      Thanks, but it is possible to include it in Generic Inquiry AR Customers ?
