We are busy with an implementation and in the test company I tried to delete subaccounts / Segment Value and Keys that I feel won't be necessary.
No transactions were processed as yet, but now I am not able to post or create anything. Please guide me on how to fix this?
I am getting this error:Error: INTERCO, REVENUE STREAM of [VDiscountSubID] do not exist in the system.

It would be helpful to see the Messages tab and stack trace from the Last Requests screen for the screens listed on the left. As for why it’s happening, are the deleted subaccounts used anywhere in the system? If they are used for any record classes, even if those record classes aren’t being used, deleting subaccounts may cause issues. You could try re-entering the deleted subaccounts exactly how they were previously to test if it was the subaccounts causing the issue. If that solves the errors, you could try deactivating the unneeded subaccounts instead of deleting.
Similarly, if the deleted segmented keys were specified anywhere in the system, it could cause issues even without recorded transactions.
