Is a customer able to customize a template in AP doc recognition to make it specific to a particular vendor?

I have found several entries in Community on this topic, but it seems there is no solution yet. It would be nice to not have to click the Legend to see the values.  Ideally, the value could display at the top of each bar.  It seems that in previous versions, you could at least control the Legend to be at the top, bottom or side of the graph. But in 26R1 and Modern UI I do not find any way to do this.

I’m looking for a report that identifies how a customer's pay history has changed over time. Do any of the canned ACU reports provide this? I’ve been poking around but have not discovered one.Example: average days to pay for a two-year date range shows that a customer went from 30-day to 40-days and now has slipped to 60-days. If the answer is no, I wonder if one of the existing reports could be filtered in such a way as to provide this information.

I’m trying to create an import scenario to amend customer default payment method. I’ve tried using the billing tab and amending there as well as on the payment methods tab but neither working. Can anyone assist please? The payment method does already exist.

Hey guys, so I have built this GI and everything is working well. I want to add some colors to the either the rows or columns if possible. But it looks like because of the complex formulas I have in the Date Field it’s not working.I wanted to show something like “ if >0 apply green color”

I want to ask, is it true that the “Available for Shipping” can be negative ?

Acumatica 2025 R1Hello everyone,I added two custom statuses to the Case workflow:X — Warten auf Extern (Waiting for external) V — Wiedervorlage (Follow-up / Reminder)They were added using Workflow → Add State and configured under Workflow → Fields → Status.  The statuses work correctly on the main Case screen. The Status dropdown displays their descriptions correctly:X → Warten auf Extern V → WiedervorlageHowever, in the Related Cases grid, the same statuses are displayed as their raw values (X, V) instead of their descriptions. Standard statuses such as Closed, Released, and Pending Customer are displayed correctly.  Why are the custom workflow statuses displayed as raw values in the Related Cases grid, while the standard statuses are displayed with their descriptions? Is there a recommended way to make CRCaseRelated.Status correctly resolve the descriptions of custom workflow states in the Related Cases grid?Any guidance or examples would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,We’re getting the following error when importing timesheets for two specific employees:[SubAccountID] cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object. The import works for other employees.Has anyone encountered this before? Could this be related to the employees’ Subaccount, account, or payroll setup? What configuration should we check to resolve this? Thanks!

How to implement Drag & drop functionality on the grid ?

I have a client who would like Acumatica to automatically create an AP Bill using their Credit Card bank transaction file.   Has anyone accomplished something such as this?

When a case with "Business Account" selected, but new contact needed, using "Save&Close" button on pop-up new contact screen closes the pop-up screen but "Contact" field on case screen is not filled with newly created contact record. This is different behavior compare with same step took but no "Business Account" selected on the case.

Hello community,I would like to know how can a user allocate a specific inventory for a specific project. i am looking if Acumatica can allow us to allocate qty for future purposes for a particular project. Thanks in advance.

Hi Community,Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the Acumatica Welcome landing page? We are seeing this across all of our members.Cheers,RJ

In the past few weeks we’ve had two different users report the same issue.  Of course, we can’t duplicate it.They are reporting that, when they have a sales order with lines marked for PO, and they create the purchase order using the “Create Purchase Order” option/screen, the Vendor location selected for the items is not always the default vendor location for that item.  When it’s not, the system seems to randomly choose a vendor location, sometimes locations that aren’t even set as the default location for any product.Since we can’t reproduce this, I’m leaning toward user error, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced it.

Update Stock Item Attributes When Last Cost Is ChangedI need help creating a Business Event / automation in Acumatica for the following requirement.RequirementWhen the Last Cost of a Stock Item is updated from:Stock Items → Price/Cost tab → Last CostI want to automatically update two attributes in the Stock Item → Attributes tab:Attribute ID Attribute Value ILANDEDCST Cost Landed Cost IMARGIN Cost Margin The values for these attributes are currently available through a Generic Inquiry.Expected Process User updates Last Cost on the Stock Item. The Business Event should detect that the Last Cost has changed. The Business Event should trigger an Import Scenario. The Import Scenario should update the corresponding attributes on the Stock Item: Attribute ILANDEDCST Attribute IMARGIN The updated values should then be visible in the Stock Item → Attributes tab. IssueI have already created the Generic Inquiry and Import Scenario, but I am having difficulty getting the

Hi TeamIn the Sales Order screen (SO301000), we have the Add Matrix Item popup, where the grid displays the quantity along with the UOM (for example, 10 EA).In the Classic UI, this UOM display was removed in the aspx.cs file using the existing SetUOMFormat logic.I’m trying to achieve the same behavior in the Modern UI. I found that the relevant logic appears to be in the SO301000_AddMatrixItems TypeScript file, specifically within matrix-grid-manager.However, I am unable to extend or override this file from the development folder.I’ve shared the relevant base code files below for reference.import {  IGridColumn,  handleEvent,  CustomEventType,  RowCssHandlerArgs,  CellCssHandlerArgs,  PXViewCollection,  QpGridEventArgs,} from "client-controls";import { AddMatrixItemsBase, EntryMatrix } from "../../../IN/common/matrix-items/panel-add-matrix-items/panel-add-matrix-items";import { SO301000 } from "../SO301000";import { MatrixGridManager } from "./../../../IN/common/matrix-items/matrix-gr

Hi, I am creating an import scenario for import bank transactions screen to import a csv file as my data provider. I was hoping to get answers to a couple of questions below please. In my csv file, I have a Beginning and Ending balance column which I think is wrong because you only enter them once in the UI. You don’t enter them line by line. How should I include my beginning and ending balance in my CSV file?    CSV file with Beginning and Ending Balance  In the above screenshot, the Amount column goes to positive and negative goes to disbursement. I’ve attached my import scenario. However, it is giving me an error below.

I have enough stock item to adjust but after releasing it show the error message about

Hi all, I am looking for a way to merge all the attachments for the transactions (for e.g., and AP Bill) showing up on AP Edit Detailed report into a PDF and link it on the same report against respective transactions. Please let me know if you have any suggestions/ alternatives for this. Appreciate your time!

I’m looking for a couple of fields in the construction project portal:Customer Project Contact in Construction (which would pull from Customer Contacts) With the ability to have that contact flow through to invoices/change orders etc. Customer Reference Number for Projects. Again, we have a built out user defined field to capture this. But the reference number does not automatically flow through to billing.Has anyone else noticed the lack of these fields? Is everyone creating User defined fields? I’m just surprised these fields do not come standard ‘out-of-box’

Hi everyone,I’m reviewing the documentation regarding the Multiple Base Currencies feature. It states that Retail Commerce is not supported when Multiple Base Currencies is enabled.I would like to clarify the practical impact of this restriction. If a company operates in multiple countries with different base currencies and requires the Multiple Base Currencies feature, does this mean Retail Commerce (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) cannot be used in that same tenant? In that case, would the recommended approach be separate tenants per country?I’m also trying to understand whether there is still value in enabling Multiple Base Currencies for a company that plans to use Retail Commerce, or whether the two features are fundamentally incompatible within a single tenant.Any insight on best practice architecture for multi-country companies using eCommerce would be greatly appreciated.

I am working on a simple Import Scenario that was previously functioning as expected. However, I am currently unable to update a multi-select attribute through the Import Scenario.I can update and select multiple attribute values manually without any issues, but the same values are not being updated when processed through the Import Scenario. I have tested using both the Value ID and Description, but neither approach is updating the multiple selections.Could you please advise if there is a specific format or configuration required to import multiple values into a multi-select attribute?

I’ve converted a custom screen with a couple of grids. There is a parent-detail relationship with the grid.I have an action button that will print a report and the underlying code will pass values from the current highlighted detail line grid.In Classic UI it works. In Modern UI it doesn’t.The action code is as follows:public PXAction<NLABCBulkHeader> PrintSerialReport;[PXButton(CommitChanges = true)][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Packing List", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)]public virtual IEnumerable printSerialReport(PXAdapter adapter){ NLABCBulkHeader row = this.Header.Current; NLABCBulkDetail line = this.Details.Current; PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode windowMode = PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.NewWindow; Dictionary<string, string> parameters = new Dictionary<string, string>(); parameters["OrderNbr"] = row.OrderNbr; parameters["FromPallet"] = line.PalletNumber; parameters["ToPallet"] = line.PalletNumber; v
