Hi Acumatica Support,Is there a way to tag a limitation of Warehouse Capacity?For example, Warehouse A is limited to 100 KG     When in Warehouse A, Item 1 has 50 KG                                          has Item 2 with 40 KG      When we receive an additional 30 KG for Item 3, the system will warn that this item will exceed capacity.Thank you!  

I want to map workgroup from company tree with customer directly. In employee we can map to company tree workgroup but customer module cannot find where to map workgroup. Can we make or not ?Because I want to configure approval in sales orders I see this  

I am working on an implementation that involves Non stock items on Sales Orders.There are two workflows involved Counter sales and Project Sales.We have 2 different order types setup; one with Invoicing for Counter sales and one WITHOUT  Invoicing for Project sales (material issue only).The system is set to assign the cost on sales.It appears that the cost side of the transaction gets generated when the Invoice is processed, si this works for the Contract Sales.For Project Sales order no cost transaction are ever created.How do I get the cost of the nonstock item to hit the project without Invoicing?.There was a change in the Service module that seems to have address this process for a service Order and this functionality seems to be missing from the Sales Order workflow  

Hi there,I’m trying to create an import scenario for SM204002.I cannot obtain the number associated with the Email Account ID for the import to work. “EmailAccountID” is the key field, however, it is stored as an integer. My attempt at creating a GI to pull this information only reveals the Account Name. To illustrate, in the second screenshot below, looks Acumatica requires the integer, rather than the name displayed.  Yet when a GI is created, no integer is provided, only the Account Name  How do I go about obtaining the integer key field for my import EmailAccountID?

I have just upgraded my Acumatica to the 2024 R2 version (24.204.0004) and I am having trouble viewing one of my customization projects. When I click on the project on the ‘Customization Projects’ page the popup window appears and spins for about 30-45minutes until some of the project details appear but then it continues to spin for 30+minutes (I still haven’t been able to fully load this project in the popup window).This customization project is pretty large but in the past it has only taken 3-5minutes to fully load. Is there a reason why this is taking longer with the 2024 R2 version or are there any methods to diagnose this issue? Any help/suggestions are highly appreciated!

It turns out, Acumatica uses internal code values, not the visible labels you see on screen!✅ Solution:To filter by Open POs, you need to use the correct code:🔍 How to Find Status Codes in General Inspect Element in Acumatica. and check the status field. then look for dropdown values.  Hope this helps someone avoid a few hours of confusion like I had 😅Cheers!

We recently learned about the “Automatic Packaging” feature in Acumatica.  We want to learn about it before we implement it.  We would greatly appreciate any suggestions about where we can learn about Automatica Packaging and the ways it can be set up and configured. We are on 2024 R2 and will be moving to 2025 R1 soon. 

Hi,  I recently was working on a way to pull productivity data from Acumatica. Specifically during Overtime shifts.Display Only "Time" in a GI, not Date. | Community However, this became quite the rabbit hole and I tried to find another direction.So I wanted to start a new question and see if anyone has any experience with this. I noticed the Work Calendar screen in Acumatica, and hoped it might help me.So I created a Work Calendar Schedule for Overtime hours like this:  I was hoping I could pull this into my Move transaction summary GI so that I could maybe have a checkbox check if the transaction was done during the Overtime Calendar Hours. Or even if I could display the Calendar ID if the transaction happened within that calendar.   However, I am struggling to get this information to pull into my GI correctly, I started another GI to just get the times to display, however it gives me this random date and does not help me in this regard.   Does anyone have any Ideas on this? Hi! I'm using the shopify connector to sync template items from Acumatica to Shopify. I know I can sync the template item and matrix item at once by just syncing the template item but I added an image URL on the matrix item under Media URLs but it's not syncing the image when I sync the template.

Hello!I’m creating Purchase Orders based on a Sales Order, and in some scenarios, I’m purchasing goods from only one Vendor. Is there any way that I can select the same Vendor for multiple lines in Create Purchase Orders form or enter the Vendor I’m selecting on the Sales Order form itself than selecting the Vendor manually for each line separately. Best Regards  

Acumatica Row Level Security on the GL Account seems to work fine when you are trying to remove the account from selection when creating a new Journal Entry.  However, any released Journal Entry, as well as a number of the GL Register and Edit Reports include these transaction lines for all users, as long as they have the right to open the Journal Entry or Register report.  If the purpose of the Restriction Group is implied to:“your organization may have sensitive or confidential accounts and subaccounts which must be invisible for majority of users. You can control the visibility of these accounts and subaccounts for users (that is, -which users can view the accounts and subaccounts) by using restriction groups.”Wouldn’t you want the transaction rows to be suppressed in the report/entry screen as well. Does this match with what others have found when using the Account restrictions? Thank you. Bryan  

Is it possible to rename a Acumatica Windows 2019 host server? My attempts break RabbitMQ. I get “PX.Data.PXException: Connection to RabbitMQ failed” error.  Commenting the line “<add key="QueueType" value="RabbitMQ" />” in Web.config allows the page to load but still throws errors retrieving data.

Hi, we’re having an issue where the provided signature image is not printing on checks over $1,000. There are no threshold settings on the Signature tab of the Cash Account. I also verified there are no Visible Expr settings on the form for the PictureBox. What am I missing?24R2

Hi Acumatica Support,I’ve set up a local Acumatica website instance and ensured a lockout before creating and exporting a snapshot from the client portal. I placed the snapshot data in the database folder and successfully deployed the instance.However, when attempting to publish all the customization projects, the process fails during the plugin execution phase with the following error:Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Invalid object name 'TCVersionNumber'From the logs, it appears that the SQL script related to TCVersionNumber is being skipped as if it were already applied. However, I’ve confirmed directly in SQL Server that the TCVersionNumber table (or view) does not exist in the database.To help troubleshoot, I’ve attached the full publishing logs that capture the error and the skipped SQL object.Could you please advise:How the specific table doesn’t exist, when I have performed a safe, full snapshot?Why the SQL object might be skipped even though it doesn't exist?

Good day,I have huge Dashboard.  I just keeping adding to the end.  Now, I have added a few tiles that need to be at the top.Easy there an easy way move the widgets and having everything nicely push down.  Moving the widgets around is not hard but time consuming.Any ideas.Evan

Currently, there is no way to restrict documents created by users to view only their documents.  For example, Purchase Orders created by User A using PO Clerk Role.  There is no way in the system currently to restrict User A to only view the Purchase Orders created by User A.I can create a GI with a condition created by = @me and use this as a default.  Then, update the Access rights for PO screen and revoked the buttons “first”, “next”, “Prev” and “Last”.  Update the OrderNbr to “View only”.  This works but in the Global/Universal Search, the user can enter a PO number and this will show up in the search and click on it.  I have yet to find anyway to restrict this search.This should be an easy thing, i.e. restricting a document to the created users only.Any ideas how to restrict the Global/Universal search?  I.e. turn off search for PO numbers in the Search. CheersFrank 

Hi Everyone, I was hoping someone might be able to assist me with an issue we have with our logo appearing pixelated on our outgoing AR invoices. Can anyone direct me to where I can find the logo requirements or how to upload the logo to report writer so it doesn’t get so compressed.    This is how our logo looks on the printed copy on the screen and looks even worse once actually printed.You can see the edges are very blurry, and the text is not easy to read. Basically is there a way for me to get the logo in report writer without the compression that is currently happening.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are in the process of updating our external facing documents and this one is a serious hurdle.  

One of our customers had 2 invoices for the same customer that had the same cash discount date. A payment was created to completely pay both of these invoices.The payment was within the due date but outside of the Cash Discount Date. The payment still applied the cash discount.I have tried to recreate this issue with the same vendor but cannot. It calculates the total correctly even when I change the payment date. I went through their old payments and the majority are correct but I did find one other that had the same issue.Any idea what circumstances could be causing this?
