Has anyone encounter this issue before? We are using EasyPost as the connector and the shipment is going international. I cant seem to find the fix spot.

You may want to review the following fields when using EasyPost for international shipments:

  • Companies (CS101500) – Make sure the full address is entered, including the Account or Attention field.

  • Inventory (IN202500) – Verify the Country of Origin is set for each item.

  • Shipment (SO3020PL) – Check the EEL/PLC (EasyPost) and Content Type fields.

@Abhishek Niikam - We are using Easy Post to ship international, but do not see a spot in Easy Post for an update so wasn't sure if there was a spot in Acumatica we missed.

@Zalman Thank you for the response. When we updated to 24R2 - we had issue with getting the Terms of Sale working - on the 24R2 release notes it said we needed to use Easy Post to get this field to populate on the shipment screen….so we did.  Then we ran into this issue, so I changed back to using Ship Engine and it went through.

Upon changing the carrier integration, I do see that moving back to Ship Engine (after we updated for a new patch release), allowed us to get the Terms of Sale populating again when using Ship Engine. The requirement must had changed on the new release.
