we currently work on creating a GI and have the following question. It has the VendorCD as one of the filter parameters. For technical reasons (bug in acumatica when opening the GI via another screen with parameters), we need to define a second hidden filter field that takes the internal integral BACcountID of the vendor. When opening the GI from another screen the BAccountID will be passed (and not the VendorCD) and the results in the GI are all correct.However it looks confusing for the user as the regular VendorCD filter remains empty.  Is there is a way to combine two GI parameter fields by some formula? Thanks a lot!

Hi All,Is there way to implement product visibility for a particular company. I have 3 companies which share 600 products. I am creating a 4th company which will only have 5 products. I don’t want first 3 companies to see those 5 products. 

I’m trying very hard to sell our organization on using the Acumatica CRM we already paid for but they have disputed everything I suggest all because there is no Outlook or Calendar integration that can be used by our Inside Sales Team to schedule appointments for our Sales Managers in the system.  They need to be able to book an appointment for one of our Outside Sales Managers by looking at their availability and having it go straight to their work email and calendar.  Does anyone have any suggestions!  I do not want to have to purchase another CRM.

Hi, Is there a way in Acumatica to look up pricing for a customer?As in the customer calls and asks how much is an Item and you can check? Without having to open a Sales order or Quote to do this?Something similar to the “Catalogue” in the portal but where you could select the Customer. Think writing a GI to do this would be over complex due to the different types of discount a customer could have  CheersAndy

I have a customer that needs to set up pricing per customer (which we can do).  This issue is that the vendor (manufacture) has established a specific customer price and a specific cost for the distributor.  How do I set up vendor contracts for the same item with different cost (not price) ExampleI am a distributor.  My vendor sets up contract pricing for my customer for Item A for $10.  Normal price is $12.  My new cost for this item for this customer is $5 when my normal cost is $6.  I may have several contracts with different customer prices (which effects what the distributor pays).  I need Vendor contract by item by end user.  Any ideas? 

We’re trying to connect Acumatica to Power Automate, however, the program requires version 17.200.001. I’ve been trying to extend the default endpoint to 17.200.001, however, whenever I do, I get the error: “Versions of the contract for a system endpoint cannot be created. Create a custom endpoint and give its contract another name.” However, if I try to name the extension something else, it just doesn’t create anything. Is there a way to access Power Automate this way? 

I'm trying to download JournalTransaction data. I'm following the documentation to Retrieve the List of Records in Batches, using the $top and $skip parameters. I've tried different values for those.But I can see that as the $skip parameter grows each request take increasingly longer to finish.Finally, after ~1 hour of processing, it fails with a ReadTimeout. Even if I retry, after 60 secs or more, it keeps failing with ReadTimeout. It is not a session expiration issue: I tried with logout/login.Besides it is not consistent. For example with a $size of 500 it typically fails on $skip=115500. But sometimes I get up to the next page ($skip=116000) until it fails.And I can't get over that.Any ideas?

For example, a customer may wish to pay off a $10,000 sale over twelves months.Is there a way to set this up so they are invoiced $833.33 each month for 12 months? I’m trying to modify the screen header label on a screen, specifically the project ID field on the Projects screen, to show the separator dash”-” in between segments to match how the project ID field looks on the screen in the “Project ID” field. Currently, if the Project ID has segmented keys to separate the values (00001293rt-00010), the header value will only display as 00001293rt00010 since that’s the way the field is stored in the database. I am hoping to have the screen header label match what you see in the project ID field below it.I’ve searched multiple topics on this and it seems like the best way to handle would be with javascript, but none of the examples I’ve seen have worked this situation, since it needs to formatted from data on the current record. Some of the screens have access to this “usrCaption” element that can be modified in C# code, but since this screen uses a master page, it’s not easily accessible.I was curious if anyone has done anything similar to this befo

The Timesheet History Report is the main one I am looking at as it already lists the Submitted By and Submission timestamp as well as the Approved By and Approval timestamp. Is there a place to upload an employees signature to be referenced to show up in the report?I know there is for Cash Accounts, but for individual users? Would the Email settings area of User Preferences be the best option, or even work?

Recently upgraded to 25R1 and noticed two new errors when syncing Template items that we didn't come across during our sandbox tests.1. "At least one option value is duplicated." 2. “Error mapping types... Input Destination Member: Options” We’re encountering this issue frequently, but there’s no clear pattern or apparent cause. Some template items sync successfully, while others, seemingly identical in structure, fail with the same error.The issue occurs with both new and existing template items, regardless of whether they have one or multiple attributes. We've seen it affect items with just two matrix variants, even when those variants have only a single attribute (e.g., color). After thoroughly reviewing each item, we’ve confirmed that there are no duplicate attributes across variants that would justify this error, particularly since many of these items have been in the system for a long time without issue.Is anyone else experiencing this? The scenario is: External user comes to a web page, starts a chat conversation, an agent start conversation but at the end depending on user feedback they can create a case or a sales order. 

This seems like a basic question…In my site map, I have a number of screens that should be visible on my UI based on the defined workspace and category (and access rights by screen) but they do not show up for me and I cannot find them by a search or by entering the screen ID by itself.Specifically (today), I am looking for “Inventory Preferences”.  Is that something that is hidden based on my subscriptions?  We use “non-stock” inventory. Have any of you come across (or been unable to find) pages that you think you should be able to see but can’t? Thanks

I want to customize approve action in sales Orders and go to override method in ui. I cannot see approve action. How to do it 

During our Go-Live several months ago we made the decision to bring in our existing sales prices as “Promotional” with an expiration 6 months out (end of April) as shown in the screenshot below: Recently our sales team ask for me update all of our sales prices to remove the promotional flag and the expiration dates.   I have worked through the process of creating a Generic Inquirey,  and building the Import scenario.  I have tested the import scenario, which reads the existinging sales price entry and then creates a duplicate entry for the same break qty and price,  but leaves the promotion flag and expiration date fields blank. Shown below is the result after running the import scenario: While the import works fine,  our sales team has requested that I remove the original entries so that we don’t have the “clutter” of the original import from Go-Live.   Additionally they have asked that I completely remove the sales prices for a certain item class and not to bring those in at all.   I

On the Sales Order page. We want to be able to open a sales order, then once in that sales order, click on the locationand then add a new location. When the pop up window shows up, we don’t have the “+” sign to add a new location. I’ve spent a ton of time looking for the option to add it, and cannot find it. I’m using GI as a datasource.   The datasource GI uses INKitRegister to group by site and date to create a total kit by day.  Then I’m trying to join to individual kit assembly to understand percentage of total for day.  I’m getting a multi-part identifier could could not be bound.  _INKitRegister.DocType.  I added DocType to the results and tried to adjust the joins.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Dear Team,Im following the instruction for disposing asset from doc Disposing Fixed Asset: Process Activites As Step 1, on the disposal table, when I click on OK, the system show the error message “Unreconciled asset can not be disposed” On Reconciliation Tab, I have some transactions havent reconciled yet. However it’s not related to this FA. And before that I am successfully perform the Disposal already for another item.Are there anyone have idea on this matter?Thanks in advance
