Hi,Appologies if this question is not clear, I am still learning -- I am trying to extend the SOOrderEntry graph and need to create a SelectFrom query that uses as a parameter the OrderNbr of the Sales Order that is currently opened by the user for editing. I started using user defined fields instead of creating data fields in my customization project.  I created about 20 fields and added them to the Contacts form.  I don’t want to see them on the UDF tab that gets automatically generated, so I made them all Hidden.  Then, I went into my customization and added them to a new tab I created.  Everything works so far.  I also recently started working on creating Business Events.  I want to be able to check for value changes in one of my UDFs.  But I don’t see the fields on the Trigger Conditions options.  Is there something I need to do so I can use those fields in my trigger logic?

Hello Community,  I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry which would closely mirror CA303000 - Cash Account Details.  One thing I noticed is that PX.Objects.CA.CATran.OrigRefNbr is not typically a navigable field (you cannot just click it and it would bring you to the transaction).  I suspect this is because there are multipe modules which have their own unique Reference number (AP Check, AR check, etc etc). Does anyone know how to replicate the one-click navigation using a combination of Transaction type and Reference Number? Thank you,Kirill

During our last two updates (2021R1 v.106 & 2021R1 v.107) All of our customizations to our reports have been reset to the default Acumatica formats.  What can we do to prevent this from happening as a best practice?

It would be very useful to have a single tab within the Project that pulled in key metrics that every project manager needs to be aware. All of this information exists in Acumatica- but not in one place where a PM can get an overview. On this tab I would want the following metrics:Current Contract Value, Budgeted Cost, Projected Cost at Completion, Gross Margin Budget, Gross Margin Projected, Billed to Date, Open AR, Cost to Date, Open AP, Overbilled/Underbilled status, Committed Costs, Earned Revenue, Earned Margin 

I've setup the Acumatica business skill for Alexa and connected it to the 2021R1 instance of Acumatica with the Alexa customization package. When I tell Alexa to "Open Acumatica" and it asks for the authorization code (which I provide), it seems to not recognize the code.  I’ve tried resetting the authorization code a number of times but it never works.  Anyone know how to resolve this?

When placing a purchase order initiated from a Sales Order, we are unable to split the order between 2 different vendors. Same issue if a PO was sent to 1 vendor and the vendor tells us he cannot fulfill the full order, we are unable to place the remaining qty to a different vendor

I tried to create an attribute and then a UDF for a custom field I need to add to the Contact form.  I created a custom project, I created the new field (as a string of length 10) and I added it to the Contacts form.  By Default, everything works fine.  It’s a string field and I am able to enter and save values.  However, I want to change it to a combo box so I can restrict the user’s entries.  In my custom project, I go to “customize” the attributes and I use the following:[PXDBString(10)][PXStringList(new string[] {"N", "P", "Y"}, new string[] {"No", "Pending", "Yes"})][PXUIField(DisplayName="Status")]It always gives me a TextEdit.  Am I missing a line of code?In the past, I have created the new field as an Integer and used the following code:[PXDBInt][PXIntList(new int[] {1, 2, 3}, new string[] {"No", "Pending", "Yes"})][PXUIField(DisplayName="Status")]This works and I could do this but I’m trying to keep the values as string and not integers.

Live sessions and recordings make a huge impact on the credibility of Acumatica.Please give as weblink where people can register for the live sessions beforehand so that they can schedule their time to attend remotely. This way partners can email their prospects and customers on time. Such emails should go out on 7/12 and again as a reminder on 7/18. These emails should also include the weblink for the recordings in case non-attendants can not attend the live sessions. Ideally an interactive participation by remote attendants should be possible. Orders from our Big Commerce Sandbox will not sync down to our 2021 R1 Acumatica sandbox  Nor can we get orders in our Acumatica 2021 R1 Sandbox to sync up to our Big Commerce Sandbox.  We are on Build 2 of 2021 R1.  Is anyone else having these sync issues?  Does upgrading to the current Build 9 fix these issues?  We are stuck and our 90-day upgrade sandbox period is about to expire.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hello, We’re publishing Acumatica push notifications to a Kafka topic as part of our system integration. It would help us greatly to identify push notifications that result from user actions in the Acumatica UI as opposed to actions that are performed via the API. One way to do this, I thought, would be to identify the user performing the actions, since actions performed via the API are always carried out under the same user account. Is it possible to include the name or ID of the user associated with an action in our push notifications?Thank you, Dave

Hi SirWe have encountered a problem about the inventory , we make mistake do receipt in a part # where that should be use existing 5 parts to do kit assembly into one part # . Currently , our system have extra 5k in inventory history valuation but in financial inventory account is correct . We cannot do adjustment transaction as it concern about double entry where it will affected financial account figure.May i know if there is any way to do offset the extra 5k in inventory but not affected the financial inventory figure?  Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you
