Hi, We need to avoid the Bidding process when creating the Purchase Requisitions. That mean first start from Requisition form and finish without bidding process. Then need to create Purchase order from Requisition.  RegardsNethupul

Hi I’m getting an error when over supplying lot\serial numbers. Is there a way to override this validation ?There’s a settings that allows negative quantities on inventory items. Is there a similar settings for lot\serial numbers ? Shouldn’t these two go hand in hand ?  Thanks Roderick

I discovered an underpayment on a prepayment which is leaving an open balance. There is also a unapplied credit memo for the amount of the underpayment. When I try to apply the CM, I go Document Details → Document type and the only options are invoice, debit memo and overdue charge. What should I do to close both the CM and prepayment? Thanks.

Are you able to track change orders to a purchase order with out the project module? Everything I’ve read regarding change order management all seems to require the project module.

Hello Everyone,I was wondering if it is possible for an SO-Invoice to inherit the sales accounts from a non-stock item when the order type says use sales account from customer location. For instance , all the stock items would inherit gl accounts from the customer's sales account but the non-stock would inherit their gl accounts from the actual non-stock item itself.I haven't found any settings to play with on order types, ar prefs, or so prefs. I am thinking this is probably just locked from what you put in order types and that you would have to manually change the gl account. Thanks

Hello, I’m new to Acumatica customisation so I’m looking for some pointers.I want to write some data to a custom table when a new record is inserted into the SOShipLine table.My custom table is similar to the SOShipLineSplit table with 3 primary keys of ShipmentNbr, LineNbr and PickNbr.I want to enter data into my table when a new row is created in SOShipLine so I’m using the RowInserted event - SOShipLine_RowInserted(PXCache sender, PXRowInsertedEventArgs e).I’ve found that in the RowInserted event I cannot get access to the field values for ShipmentNbr and LineNbr, I guess this is because the data hasn’t been submitted to the database yet. But without these values I cannot set the values for ShipmentNbr and LineNbr in may custom table either. I’ve tried quite a few idea to get the key values from the new record but I’m starting to think that perhaps I’m taking the wrong approach to this problem. Hi, The bill screenshot below is unavailable when I try to apply it to the debit adjustment that was created by reversing the bill.  Can anyone advise why?  It also doesn’t show up if I go to Prepare Payments in an attempt to cut a check for it.  Everything about it appears correct to me.

Hi, I use estimates for Manufacturing. when I create a Sales order Quote I link my estimate to the quote. When I copy order to SO it doesn’t carry over my detail line in the SO type. I can see the total amount is correct but no detail line. I need to mark item for production in the SO line. can someone please help me. Thanks

I have a client that uses Subitems and I have modified some reports to show the sub item along with the inventory ID but they need the segment value description to print instead of the segment value. In this setup, there are 5 subitem segment IDs, e.g. W-AE-FRS-PA -1/10 where W = Wild, AE = UAE, FRS = Frescomar, PA = Panulirus argus and 1/10 = 1/10 lb. Is there a way to link by the subitem back to the individual segments and pull the description for any or all of the subitem segments that make up the subitem so instead of printing the subitem as W-AE-FRS-PA it would print as Wild-UAE-Frescomar-Panulirus Argus-1/10lb.

I saw from another community topic that Acumatica can automate sending a reply message to incoming emails...how is this done? I would like to create a GI showing all the AP Invoices and AR Invoices for a custom table having a field called Housebill. I can get it to work showing only AP invoices or only AR invoices, but not both at the same time. I attached screenshots of the existing GI. Any help would be appreciated.

The Process Orders screen can be used to ‘create shipments’ but not ‘create receipts’. So I put together a business event and import scenario to trigger the <Action: Create Receipt> (CreateShimentReceipt) but am running into issues with the dialog box. Any ideas on how to populate a multi field dialog box?

We have successfully set up the ACH Notification process to email out ACH remittance information to vendors.  The vendor payment information section only has one entry for remittance email.  Is there a way to set up more?  Can we just add a second email to that entry separated by a comma to sent it to more than one recipient or is there another place to add this information?
