We have had a few instances where the customer overpays the invoice(s) by $0.01How can this penny be addressed without having to make a .01 invoice to write it off?Thanks for any help!

Hi guys,I tried to run project billing and generate an invoice, but it cannot be released and the error seems confusing (see below). Could anyone please tell me where’s possibly wrong? I don’t know what “objective reference” is and why it has anything to do with “field Branch ID”. Thanks! 

Hello,If MRP display shows multiple lines for the same purchased stock item, I would like to be able to create one PO line to order what I need.If I select multiple lines for the same stock item, and click “Purchase” in MRP display, it creates a PO with multiple lines for the same stock item, just with the different quantities.  I would like one line with the entire amount. Similarly, if it is a MFG item, I would like one production order created when I hit the “Manufacture” button in MRP display. I can’t find any preference that sets this behavour.Thanks!

The PO Accrual Reports needs to include all activity that affect the PO Accrual account.  The existing PO Accrual Reports only take into account the traditional Receipt of Goods into Inventory and Receipt of those Vendor Bills.  There is no way to audit this account if a customer uses Sales Order Drop-shipments.In the Drop-shipment process, a Receipt of Goods and Bill is entered when the vendor notifies the Acumatica user that their Drop-ship PO has been fulfilled.  When this type of Receipt is entered and released, a G/L Transaction creates a Debit to the PO Accrual and a Credit to Accounts Payable.Once the Sales Order Line that is flagged as Drop-shipped is invoiced and released, the system will create a G/L Transaction (via an Inventory Issue) that will Credit the PO Accrual Account and Debit a Cost of Sales Account.If there is timing differences between the Vendor Bill and the Customer invoice, this Debit Balance will sit in the PO Accrual and the existing PO Accrual Reports do not

I facing problem when recording Labor - Quarantine for inventory item which using manual serial number. Anyone ever facing this problem and have solution to overcome it. Appreciate your advise.  

It looks like once a sales order failed credit verification, the user must hit action Remove Credit Hold manually for further processing. Can someone advise how to change the workflow so that the order status is automatically open once payment/prepayment is made or when the amount of the sales order is no longer over credit limit.  

I know I’m missing a step, but I can’t remember what it is. If I go to Receivables > Invoices & Memos > then Reverse/Apply to Memo to void an invoice, the service order appointments do not reappear in Run Appointment Billing. What step am I missing? Essentially, the process is that an invoice was created and released, but it needed to be voided and reinvoiced because it was inaccurate. Applying the credit memo through reverse/apply to memo successfully voids it, but how do the service order appointments return to a billable state? 

Various standard screens (Notification Templates for example) on the copy icon have an “Export as XML” and “Import from XML” option on them. I have a custom maintenance form with table/DAC/Graph.   The copy/paste/save as template are all there and work great.  How do you get the Export and XML and Import From XML to show up and work?  

I have a custom field (CustPORefNbr) on my Service Orders screen that I wish to display on any Appointments spawned from the parent Service Order. I have created a custom field (UsrCustPORefNbr) on the Appointments screen that I wish to fill with the value from the parent Service Orders CustPORefNbr.It’s a read-only field on the Appointments screen; I don’t need it to update the database. It’s fine with me if it pulls the value from the Service Orders screen (DAC) every time the Appointment is displayed.What’s the best code for doing this? Thanks in advance for any consideration.  

Hello,    We are not using the scanner and mobile warehouse mangement service to fulfill shipment.The users who enter the shipment on screen are not the ones who pick the goods.     we have a need to record the pickers of the shipment. I say pickers, because it could be 1 picker or 2 pickers at most.  So I am intending to use 2 single selectors with non required setting. The pickers might not have the user account in system. But I am thinking I can put them into system as employees and under a “picker group” of “company tree”.     Can anyone give me some suggestions on the below needs:1,  How to add the “employee selector” on shipment screen,2,  The data source of the selector better be restricted to “pickers” only.3,   The information can be persisted to DB, and can do further reporting later.4,   The selector better be edited at any shipment status (even completed or invoiced), this is because someone might put wrong picker, so we have the need to correct.          Thank you in advan

The MICR font on my check form is displaying with all red zeros when I print the check.  Any ideas why this is happening?

I have created a cash deposit with 5 credit card transactions in it.During reconciliation, I realized that I was looking at the wrong total and I had to void the cash deposit.  When I voided, it only voided 4 transactions, I cannot create another deposit, 5th transaction is not available to use, basically it’s locked. This is holding my BR from April.  Any idea how to address this?  Thank youSB

HiIs there anyway to check an uploaded budget BEFORE releasing against the Account/Subaccount combination. Basically run a P&L but on unreleased budget information.I would prefer Velixo but any inbuilt report would be fine.I have loaded some 15 unique branch budgets I want to check them before releasing on mass (as it will  save hours of error correction)Ideas?Cheers

I have created a GI to use as as an overview of all approval maps.  For some reason I can’t select “Use in Quick Search” for the AssignmentMapID_Description.  Is that because it has a navigation target selected?  Also I noticed that for some of these fields, it takes really long to search, is that because of the complexity of the query?  

Hi , Please assist.I need to assemble kits automatically. I have setup a business event to trigger an import Scenario. The event runs without any errors but doesn't execute the actions. I have attached a screenshot of the scenario.

Has anyone been successful in implementing AP Document Recognition in a Production Environment on Premise or on Microsoft Azure?What about on AWS?In an On Premise instance the Incoming Documents screen is not “remembering” the user mapping for detail lines and in order for the Vendor to be “remembered” the vendor record must be manually edited. (2020 R2 Build 20.204.0031) In a Microsoft Azure instance the Incoming Documents screen is not “remembering” the Vendor or user mapping for detail lines. (2021 R1 Build 21.102.0070)

We are experiencing the following erorr, was wondering is someone would be able to help, ill exaplin the steps we did:A PO was entered to the wrong item code, and we had to reverse the PO and the bill that was entered to it.I sent a prepayment of 50% the PO on a check. Once we had to send the remaining balance, I went in to the PO to receive it, from there created an AP bill. once I created the bill the prepayment we had sent before, automatically applied to the bill leaving only the remaining balance for payment due.When doing the return of the PO (to reverse it out and close out) I did a return on the PO receipt which created a return receipt.Once a return is created on a PO receipt, it gives the option to create a debit adjustment. Debit adjustment was created.I then went to void the check so that the prepayment can open back up and I can apply the debit adjustment to close out the bill.I voided it but it stayed in balanced status and wouldn’t release giving error message “AP Error:
