Void Cash Deposit Error

I have created a cash deposit with 5 credit card transactions in it.

During reconciliation, I realized that I was looking at the wrong total and I had to void the cash deposit.  

When I voided, it only voided 4 transactions, I cannot create another deposit, 5th transaction is not available to use, basically it’s locked. This is holding my BR from April. 

 

Any idea how to address this?

Hi @sbhattarai 

It was not captured because the status on the Prepayment is VOIDED. Please check that.

Can you please share screenshots of what you put in, what you voided and the transaction that you can not use.

the last pre-payment for 94.49 was not captured on void.
