Hi everyone, 

 

Can you customize columns and filters on the bills and adjustments page? Or on any pages in the account payables module? In some other ERPs you can but I have not been able to figure it out for Acumatica.

Yes. To add available columns to Bill Preview List, click Column Configurator button circled at left. To add a filter (to the Page - this adds tabs to the page), click the circled ‘funnel’ shape in upper-right. To add columns that are not already listed in Column Configurator, anyone in the Customizer group can click Customization -- Edit generic Inquiry. We also have temporary filters on every column of every grid by clicking in the header of the column.

If you are talking about inside the AP Bills screen: Same column configurator, temporary filter, and permanent filters are available in most screens, but not the generic inquiry. Inside the screen adding fields that are not already in the available fields on column configurator requires programming/customization knowledge & skills.
