Hello.

We have a use case where we would like to send an automated email for example when a customer has not placed a new order for 90 days. We couldn't find a field in Acumatica with the customer's last order date, so a GI doesn't seem to work. Is there a solution to this without programming it?

Hi @jwestermann17

Kensium has a product called “ Commerce Pro” it will show the order summary and other details in Acumatica. This feature will help more in details with the customer details

See the below article which helps to work the requested info in Acumatica GI

https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-generic-inquiries/last-order-date/

Based on the GI we can configure the business events to send any email to customers.

Thanks

Have you tried using INItemCustSalesHist? Similarly, you could use the SOOrder table as in the attached GI.

Hello. I don’t think we can use INITEMCustSalesHist in a Generic Inquiry, or am i wrong?
