Expense Management : Bank Feeds (Corporate CCS)

Hello Team,

 

We are trying to link a credit card to an employee, but we are getting an error on this page :

 

Banking > BankFeeds (CorporateCCS)

 

So we clicked on “Assign Delegates”, but now getting this error

 

 

Things we have done

  • Added the user to the credit card : Banking > Corporate Cards
  • Added Delegates for the user
  • Made sure that there is a linked user account to the employee

 

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

One thing to check:  Is Acumatica asking you to connect the Admin user to an employee account?

One thing to check:  Is Acumatica asking you to connect the Admin user to an employee account?
