How do you determine the amount of your inventory sold versus unsold?

From the help file on the Shipping Terms (CS208000) form:Invoice Freight Price Based On The base document to be used for the freight price calculation in a sales order invoice with the current shipping terms selected. You can select one of the following settings: Shipment (default): The system copies the freight price from the related shipment to the invoice. Sales Order: The system copies the freight price from the related sales order to the invoice (fully or partially if the shipment is partial). Can anyone tell me what the highlighted text means in terms of expected behavior? The question is regarding taxation of digital goods sales.In BigCommerce, you’re not required to provide your shipping address if you’re only purchasing a digital good (eBook, for instance). Therefore, your order looks like this:You may notice that Avalara still calculates the tax, based on the billing address (which is correct).However, when this order comes into Acumatica, there is no shipping address, the Ship Via is set to Will Call, and the tax is calculated based on the Warehouse location (which is WA, in this case).What is the best approach to manage these cases?Thank you!

I need to update some data on packages (the custom fields that print on label) automatically.  I was able to PXOverride ConfrimShipment and update the fields but unfortunately, that happens too late as the label is already created at that point I assume.  I tried all various/traditional ways of overriding the Action, many which complained were obsolete and would be deprecated in 2022 R2 (but they also just did not work or crashed the app).  I tried doing a PXOverride on PrepareShipmentConfirmation since that appears to happen early in the process, however, for some reason the Carrier tracking number and url were not generated at all, but the status changed to Complete.  Ideally I just want my code to run right at the beginning where Save.Press() would typically get called: This code runs (no errors) but it appears ShipPackages doesn’t work after doing this (no carrier tracking created), but shipment “completes” successfully. I am able to manually select our label printer that has been configured with device hub and click process all to print all labels but if I set up a schedule with the same settings it says it completed and processed in the sheduler history with no errors but nothing ever seems to reach devicehub.  Is anyone currently using this?  We really want the labels to automatically print when they enter the process shipments screen.See below for the automated schedules.I tried with dates set in the filter values automatically after clicking add schedule with the same criteria as I just used to print the labels manually by pressing process all and with no dates set but neither produce anything on the devicehub:  I’m curious if anyone is able to get this to work in this way.Phil

On the transfer screen we don’t want people to click the InventoryID hyperlink on an item.  Is there any way to disable that from getting a hyperlink on certain screens or does it automatically get added because it’s the Inventory ID field? Phil

Hello,I am trying to understand the general process flow for scheduling in Acumatica.  Assuming all calendars and setup have occurred, what is the process for maintaining the schedule.Please let me know where the following falls down.  This is the proposed daily process for maintaining the schedule.APS Maintenance Process - “The process will fill the empty schedule days for each work centers for the next 180 days and adjust the schedule time blocks.” Rough Cut Planning - Run with action set to “Schedule” and “Process All” Running steps 1 and 2 above will rebuild and maintain your schedule so it is up to date and could be scheduled to run each night to keep it current.

Marketing Campaign on the summary area the owner is defined as the employee responsible for the campaign, but the list is empty. Is there a step missing how does it populate the employees name?  

Since we have one Cash Account that uses over a dozen different Payment Methods (over a dozen corporate credit cards), a filter or column needs to be added so the Payment Method (credit card) used for each transaction is shown.Right now, it is very difficult to reconcile (Reconciliation Statements) or see what Checks or Quick Checks have already been entered (Cash Account Details) because the one credit card statement has separate sections for each each employee’s credit card purchases but the the transactions for the Cash Account are all mixed together without any way to see which Payment Method (credit card) was used.

Hello,We are having trouble with Debit Adjustments in AP becoming status “Balanced” instead of routing for approval. This is a new site on version 2022 R1. Build 22.101.0085 .In our test environment, I set up a very simple Approval Map that says where AP Document.Type = Debit Adjustment, send to an employee.The Approval Map is activated in AP Setup.TWhen Un-holding any Debit Adjustment, the status becomes “Balanced.”  The help indicates Bills, Credits, and Debits can be routed for approval.  What am I missing?  Thank you!!

I’d like to see all results for this report, but it looks like you need to input a value.  Is there a wildcard that can be used to get everything to pull up?  

Good Morning.We added a Report to the Bulk processing Screen by defining a new Action.The Report and action is defined in the SO301000 Screen.Unfortunately we couldn't figure out how to filter in the SO502000 screen that only non-printed Reports get shown after we selected our custom action. I'd appreciate a detailed answer on how to solve this, as we are clueless. Greetings

Hi. Any thoughts why Customer/Company Payment Method was setup as Purchase Order but in the Acumatica the payment was tagged as Prepayment?  We’re using B2B Bigcommerce. Thank you. 

At first I would click on an email and the add-in and the add-in would prompt me to sign in, create a lead, view or do anything else but now it just displays an empty screen. 

Is it possible to have a Purchase Order Transaction but the connected Requisition is On Hold and items are not available in the details ? How is this possible ?

I’m curious if there is any direct documentation about utilizing the commerce connector and various entity settings at different Acumatica structure levels, primarily Tenant vs Company. Most of the existing documentation appears to center around configuring a single BigCommerce or Shopify store to a single tenant but, for example, what are the options/limitations around connecting store 1 to company 1 and store 2 to company 2, within a single tenant?If anyone has explored this configuration or is using it currently, I’d be interested to understand how it’s working for you and any issues encountered.
