Hi,I have linked my project with Acumatica in Customization project editorMy solution calls the eventPerforms check for Payment and execute some REST requests if the desirable payment is selected.My question is : How to get Acumatica credentials in project ? When the event is triggered it is already have access to the system, because can check the element’s values, so maybe I can get credentials in code.Currently I have wrote Acumatica credentials in project for requests like this But, client can change them, or make some modifications in Acumatica, so there is must be opportunity to change them without making changes in project solution.How can I get the credentials for REST request in project ?

Hello, I want to set up a new branch but unsure where I can specify the data set for the branch.  We use first three character of sub account for department,  as 32A and the new branch is an aggregation of 32A, 32B, 32C.  Can anyone assist us to set this branch correctly?  

We need help with the workflow on changing the cost price of a SKU.  We have been manually updating “Last Cost” as the way we change the cost price of a SKU.  Is this correct way to update the cost price of a SKU?  If it is not the correct way to update the cost price of a SKU, what is the correct way to change the price?

I want my purchasing team to be able to maintain the Vendor information on Stock Items, however I don’t want them to be able to make any other changes on the Stock Items.Is this doable through permissions/user access?  

Hello,I have created a custom processing form, based largely on the info from T240. The Graph makes use of a` PXFilteredProcessing` data view. The grid in the view is dynamically populated based on user selection. Both the loading/filtering of records and processing of checked records seems to work as expected; however, for some reason the Processing Dialog is not showing. When I initiate processing by clicking the “Calcuate” button (the caption I set for my “Process” button), I merely get the little gray loading spinner (the one that appears anytime you save records, navigate, etc. in the system) NOT the actual processing dialog.I have compared my code against Acumatica’s standard processing forms and see nothing that could explain this behavior. Went live with Acumatica this year.  Unfortunately default 1099 box for many vendors was set up incorrectly and there are now 4000 AP Bill lines that need to be updated.  This is a SaaS environment so don’t have direct access to database.  If I knew the correct tables to update (APTran, others) I could write a SQL update customization to update to correct 1099 box.  Second option that I’ve been struggling with is an Import Scenario to update the AP lines.  It seemed this should be easy.  Pass the AP Type, Ref Nbr and then the Line Nbr and update the box to ‘7’.  It seems to only work on lines that are line nbr 1.  But even single line AP Bills don’t always have line number 1.  Might have single line AP Bill and the line nbr is 4.  Doesn’t update in that case.  Am I missing something obvious?  

Does Acumatica have  management and organization of a project's transmittals?  if so can someone point me to what they are using for them.  Thanks,

How would I create a Business Event (or some other notification) to alert me when a Sales Line is created and saved with a ZERO price?Or when a Sales Line price is changed to ZERO.

Hi,I’m entering a fund transfer with a bank charge which should be cost to a project. I entered in the fund transfer and the bank charge in the fund transfer form. But in the fund transfer form it is not allowed to enter project details (No column available to enter project details). and also unable to release transaction since it it linked t a account group.Kindly expect your help.

I wanted to reset or re program the locations because we are no longer using bin locations, they informed me it was impossible to eliminate them completely so they were going to make them inactive, and add the new updated locations and make those active. But even after changing the location to ONE SPECIFIC on every stock item it is still showing this error. Also caused an error when creating sales orders, so now I have both the old location and new locations active.

I am trying to use a pivot table to show the sum of sales of an inventory item over the last 365, or trailing 12 months. Acumaitca only gives me the option of using “@YearStart” and “@YearEnd”. I was wondering if there was a value I could type in from trailing 365 days today.  

Hello,I am wanting to create a pdf form for AP Debit Adjustments. The business case is that when we have a Credit memo request from our Vendors, rather than waiting for the Vendor to create a Credit Memo on their end and send to us, I would like the ability to generate the a Debit Adjustment and print to PDF so I can send to the Vendor to initiate the request. I am told I have to create a form from scratch for this as out of the box there is not form for Debit Adjustments. How would I go about doing this and are there any best practices to help expedite the creating of this, ie copy AP Remit form etc… Thank you

Hello Everyone, We are creating customer and customer locations in acumatica through REST API and these APIs are working fine. But many of the customers has default location as a MAIN in acumatica and we want to change this default lcoation to other through customer or customer location API.  I have extended the customer end point and added “SET AS Default” Action to the API but this is not giving the correct result. We are not able to change the default location of the customer through API.  What changes are required in customer or customer location API, to make the required location as default instead of MAIN. Can anyone suggest the solution or any work around for this.Thanks in advance. 

Dear all,somehow I suddenly get an error everytime when I try to save a new customer order…as a result of this error the whole customer order is gone...this is the message I get when clicking saving: “Error: Another process has added the 'PTSOOrderTextElements' record. Your changes will be lost." At the beginning it all worked fine. Then I tried to setup the product configurator...but I do not think that this might be the cause for this problem...Can anyone help?

Hi All, @Naveen B , is it possible to change from Diminishing Value to Straight Line Depreciation of an Asset?Case:  Office Equipment has a life of 10years.  First 4 years is Diminishing Value, followed by 6 last years as Straight Line.  Is this possible?  I have tried by running diminishing value first, then changing to SL however an adjustment is added to the start of the SL depreciation so it doesnt work. Regards,Laura 

I have added a Parent/Child screen that both parent and child are Grid. When I select the Parent Grid row and insert rows to the child grid are parent/child fields are filled and saved in the child grid properly. However, when I switch from one row to another row in the parent grid, the child grid values are not refereshed. In both parent and child grid, SyncPosition=”True” and Navigate CommitChanges="True" are set to true. Even on the parent grid row selected events, I have add an event handler to referesh the child grid view using command “ApprovalRouteDefaultsView.View.RequestRefresh();” to refresh the Child Grid view but not sure what I missing that it doesnt work. When on the parent child grid I click on the “Refresh” button, it shows the correct data.
