Shipment Confirmation printing extra page

I have a modified Shipment Confirmation report SO642000 that is printing a extra blank page.

I am unable to find the cause

Could someone take a quick look ?

I reviewed the article I was able to print with one page using Fit to Printable area, but would prefer not to have to do this each time

@dsimmerly - I find that downloading and printing through adobe acrobat usually helps avoid the issues with printing from the browser.

This has been resolved, found a issue in the footer of the report
