Reason code entry for Scan and Issue

The log shows reason code column but how do you enter the reason code for any of the inventory scan transactions?

Found the answer in Inventory Preferences, Warehouse Operations, where you can uncheck Use Default Reason code for each transaction and it will prompt for the reason code.
