I just set up an Acumatica sandbox and I am taken directly to the login page. I don’t know how to set up login credentials. Can someone please help me out here? Thanks!

Hello,
If your sandbox is a copy of your live environment, such as for upgrade preparations, then the User and PW is the same as your live environment.
If you refer to a newly installed local demo copy of Acumatica, I think the default user is Admin with pw ‘setup’.
