We are getting started and I would like to learn how to create Generic Inquiry and how to customize dashboards for users. Does anyone know of any tutorials or guides on creating them and some useful GI so I can start learning how to create them.

Check out the Acumatica University Reporting (acumatica.com)
I’ve learned what I know now from looking at how existing GI’s are set up. Remember to always copy a GI you want to modify and create a new one from it. Or export the XML so you can revert if needed.
