I set up a new sandbox and database and uploaded a backup of my production ERP to populate the database. I can see that the database tables populated, however my data is not showing up in the sandbox. Can someone please help me troubleshoot? Thanks!

@DavidMod, You can either of the following options,

  • Restore the database in your Sandbox server, when creating a new instance from the ERP wizard connect to the existing database. Below is the screenshot of the option

The issue was that I did not have the permissions to see the data. Somehow the permissions from the main account did not carry over properly to the sandbox.
