Is it possible to take photos on an appointment and save it onto the target equipment selected for that appointment? Our guys don't have access to the equipment module on their tablets and at the moment we have to take photos on the appointment and manually move them to the appropriate target equipment.

View originalAssuming you’re talking about the mobile app, any photos taken on the appointment stay on the appointment but are available to see with equipment when looking at Equipment History either from within an appointment or when in the Equipment screen. Another option would be to save the appointment, open equipment and take photos there; but then those photos are not attached to the appointment.
