Hi, I am trying to import open sales order data by using the Import by Scenario in Acumatica. I am getting the error “‘CustomerID’ cannot be empty”.The CustomerID field has the Customer ID numbers, it is the column highlighted in red on the attachment.Does anyone know what may be causing this error? It is not triggering the error for a few orders listed in the second screenshot.

Hi all, trying to hunt down an issue.We have this value in our Inventory Item on our Order Verification Report:=IIf([SOLine.InventoryID]<>Null, Format( '{0}: {1}', [SOLine.InventoryID],[SOLine.TranDesc]),[SOLine.TranDesc])So far so good.I duplicated it a few times as we want the item to be formatted with a different color depending on conditions. If it’s an inactive item, format red. Normal item, black. If it has a popup note, format it blue.Items usually format as they should. But I’m having occasional issues where an item with no popup note is still formatting blue. When my company users login they get a home page that is not my company’s.  The company’s home page has been setup in site settings and in all users profiles.  However, it does not show up when login in. Instead a “generic” acumatica page shows up.  The user has to click on the company logo (Upper left corner) to launch my company’s page.  Users are finding this very invasive!  We need help asap!

If a customer has a Live and Test tenant what are the ramifications of publishing a customization in Test for testing and not in Live ?  Is there any documentation that says you can publish in one tenant and not the other ?

Hello - When browsing the payables screen, in one tenant, we are still able to view our amounts on the Bills and Adjustments main screen, even when the Bill is “closed”(screenshot 1). However, on another tenant, we are only seeing a 0.00 amount for any Bill that is closed.(screenshot 2) Making it frustrating if attempting to search for an invoice/bill by a particular amount, without having to drill into each on individually. I am sure this is just a preference somewhere but I have not been able to track it down. Can anyone point out some tips or tricks to make this populate?Thanks!   

Hi dears, Has anyone seen this before? Whenever I hit the run billing, it creates extra lines with no information.It happened one of my client site several times, raised case few months ago but no luck get answer till now. Today, it happened to me while doing P100 course in the demo site. Here is the steps what I did:Used template to create Projects Uploaded the Tasks and Revenues budgets  Created the Project transactions Changed the Revenue Budget Level as a task  Then hit the run billing (it was normal and then tested few following things) Changed the few things under the cost Budget, but removed the figures Changed the Inventory ID’s for Revenue and Cost Budget Changed the billing rule Then hit the run billing again I suspect it is because of inventory but can’t really figure out why or how to stop. ThanksEddie 

I made a daily "Automation Schedules" with "raise business event" type.Is it possible to execute it  only from Monday to Friday but not on Saturday and Sunday ?

In our production process, we have the following dates (simplified view):Production Start Date: Feb. 3 Build Date: Feb. 10 Production End Date: Feb.20 The build date is always 5 business days after production start date. I’m trying to build a GI that will list out these dates but I don’t seem able to create a formula that does AmProdItem.StartDate + 5 Working Days. I can do AmProdItem.StarDate + 5,but it will include weekends. Is there anyway to do this but exclude weekends? Or anyway to incorporate one of the work calendars into this calculation?

Hello, I have accidentally deleted lines in my cost budget and was wondering if there is a way to retrieve them as several invoices were sent out which is affecting my previously billed when I enter the new lines.  Please help if you can.

We’ve added some side panels to the Sales Order entry form screen using simple customizations based on the instructions found here.However, we can’t figure out how to modify the order in which the elements appear on the side panel. (i.e. SidePanelA appears 1st at the top, SidePanelB appears 2nd just under SidePanelA, etc.)Anyone know how to make changes to this?

Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?

I have worked considerable time with the report designer. But this is the first time encountered this issue. I modified the AR631000 report by adding some new columns. It worked nicely in the preview. But when I'm trying to publish the report as a new version by “save report on saver” option, process is getting successful without any error.
