Hi,

Does anyone resolved this access rights scenario without a customization?

User A needs access to view Journal Transactions screen in Company A

Usar A needs access to edit Journal Transactions screen in Company B.

We have customer that has 17 companies and there are going to be in the same tenant and this type of access rights is very common and important.

Thanks!

Hi @rodrigocid34

Create a branch role in User Security → Roles, and attach the Branch Role to the appropriate branch in Configuration → Branches screen (or Companies -- similar Role setting is available in both).  Then add the new role the users who are allowed in that particular branch, in the bottom half of the Users screen. Or, connect users to the role, in the bottom of the Role screen:

Hello @rodrigocid34 ,

Today Acumatica’s Branch Roles control Transactions and Access Roles control screens.  Please vote for your idea to have ability for one user, different screen access by Branch/company, here:

Thank you@pallikasharma11 but that is basic configuration of branches roles and what I’m asking is a mix of rights if a user has access to +1 companies/branches
