Hi – In Acumatica, I can see automated operations features such as Receive and Put Away, however I can’t see Scan Move, Scan Labour, and Scan Materials. My questions are:

  1. How do I enable these features?
  2. Are there any Acumatica University tutorials on these topics? (I can’t find any)
  3. Is there any Acumatica documentation on these topics?

They will be on the production Order workspace see bottom of transaction list as they are only used with production orders. The help file on each one should then assist with what they do.

1.To access the Scan Move, Scan Material, and Scan Labour features under Production Order Workspace, you'll need to enable this function from the Enable/Disable Feature screen (CS100000).

The screenshot below shows how to enable the Production Order workspace and related screens.

 

 

  1. You can get assistance from the help information provided on each screen, which will give you details about each field.

@dmillette - just to reiterate - you must have Manufacturing Data Collection enabled. (it is a separate module that must be purchased)
