Hi there,

I have a scenario where I need to invoice one shipment on three different invoices, as our sales rep has agreed that the customer can pay over three months.

Is this possible, rather than just creating one invoice and telling the customer to pay in equal instalments over three months

Did you get chance to review the Acumatica standard payment installatment process https://www.acumatica.com/blog/technical-tuesday-creating-installment-payments-using-payment-terms/#:~:text=A%20customer%20negotiates%20to%20pay,needs%20to%20be%20invoiced%20separately.&text=Acumatica%20payment%20terms%20provide%20an%20easy%20way%20to%20accomplish%20installment%20payments.

Thanks

Hello,

You do not need 3 invoices, you need one invoice with installment terms:

Thank you for both responses, I’ve tested this and it does work for me.

Is there a way to change the description on the 3 invoices generated? See below

Original invoice that was split

One of the 3 invoices, showing an odd description and no tax details, just the amount due.

Hi,

I think the Invoice shown above is customized. To confirm, click the Pencil to return to the report, then check the Report Versions tab. If there is any Version listed in Report Versions tab (tab can be seen by users in  Report Designer Role) then your Report Designer person will need to make changes for you.

thanks, I don’t have that option:
