 I have Access Rights by Role set up.  I’m trying to find where to prevent the release of SO Invoices and AR invoices by this role.  I have done revoked on every “Release” I can find related to invoices and can’t seem to get it. 

I am looking to simply sum the poorder.curylinetotal for vendors for a rolling 365 day date range. (between a year ago, and ‘today’)  I have messed around with DateAdd and DateDiff but have not had success getting the syntax correct.  Any help is much appreciated!  Thanks!

I am trying to place a order on hold with the results of a Business Event.  The BE triggered with new order on GI but the following import did not place the order on hold?  Can you see something wrong I am missing ? 

We have a GI that uses Kit Assembly Dates- we would like it to show the next weekday from current date. For example: for 10/27/2023 (Friday) it should show 10/30/2023 (Monday). I can’t find a report or inquiry that displays project specific inventory quantity. The only time you get to see the quantity for project specific inventory is when you add a line with an inventory item on the sales order, shipment, transfer or issue form, then the information gets displayed in the footer section of the screen as indicated below.project inventory tracking on the footer of the applicable formsWhat table and field name is used to store project specific inventory quantities that’s reserved in a virtual location.Thanks.

Hi all,I have been trying to update the vendor item number on the vendor details tab on the stock item profile, specifically I would like to add a vendor item ID. However, because there is a vendor there, it gives me an error saying “An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry.”. I have followed a few other discussions on here (I linked the discussion that seemed to be most similar to my scenario), but I still cant get the vendor details to update. Here is a screenshot of my map -Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 

I have all Vendors setup using Default Class, which is linked to Default Cash Method and Cash Account. Cash Method is also assigned to AP Default. GL and Branch are linked accordingly. However, when I enter an AP Bill, the Payment Method auto populates, but the Cash Account remains empty.What am I missing?

Hello, I’ve added an attribute to the Customer screen and an attribute to the Location screen.Attributes on the Customer screen. Attributes on the Location screen.I’ve finding that the attribute data is being saved to two different places.The customer attributes are saved to the CSAnswers table. I can access this easily. The location attributes are saved to the LocationKvExt table. Hi, I am working on a report where I need to modify the inventory balance report and add a filter that only filters data from issues, whereas other reports import the data from receipt. This is what I did: For the schema builder, I added these two relationships to establish a link:I can’t seem to figure what I did wrong, I keep getting an error anytime I try to run the report with these config. If there a better way to filter the data and filter thru only Issues?Thanks in advance :)

Hello Community, I have created a UDF that should display both vendor & customer records. But when I add this UDF under projects screen it only displays the records of the type=Customer not for vendor.  Am I using the incorrect schema object or what. Please guide me. Or is it do I need to add a separate UDF for Customers & separate for Vendors?Thanks in advance.

We use the projects module and our rates change periodically.  I know my changes for 2024 now but still need to bill under old rates until January.  Is there a way I can enter the rates now and have them become effective on a specific date in the future?

Hello, is there a way to tie or create (new) way to tie materials to a BOM or TOP LEVEL ? we currently have a list of materials but no way of knowing what BOM they are tied to or ‘Where used’  

I’m new to this forum so if this is the wrong board for this please point me in the right direction. We’re a pretty large company running Acumatica. We sell both wholesale and retail, both on our own websites as well as external marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etc. We’re currently using Celigo to facilitate an API connection between Acumatica and these platforms to import orders, but we’re looking to export inventory from Acumatica to these platforms as well. Being that we currently have over 60,000 SKUs it’s impractical for us to export our entire inventory to these platforms, so we’re looking to set up a feed that only pulls inventory from items whose inventories have changed since the last update. We’ve hit a wall with Celigo because we can’t seem to access the LastModified field on StockItems>WarehouseDetails and Celigo can’t track changes without that timestamp. Has anyone set up such an inventory field for their businesses? Hi,A client wants to hide the Release button in the Invoices screen for all users except for themselves. I found the topic linked below that mentioned I can do this via the Access Rights by Role screen, but I was a bit unsure of how to implement it to make sure only one user can see this button.  In Acumatica, I know that a user can be assigned to multiple roles. So, in order to hide a button from all other users, would I need to change the permissions for each role except for the Admin role for example? If not, what would you recommend to implement these new access rights? Kind regards,Andrew  

It’s bugged me for a while now that there’s no easy way to see where a GI is currently referenced. The GIs that I’ve built could be used in any of the following:Site Map - ie. published to user menu or via search Import Scenario Dashboard KPI widget OData  - ie. Power BII wanted to try and build a GI that would be able to check these different locations but it doesn’t seem possible. For example, KPIScoreSettings DAC has the InquiryScreenID as nonexistent in DB. Has anyone ever tackled this problem?Would be really nice to see a screen in Acumatica that could do this. And also flag GIs that don’t appear to be used at all. The other thing i noticed is Access History page doesn’t track GIs called from other locations - eg. Widgets. It only tracks GIs accessed by Site Map. KPI widgets for example wont show the GI used in Access History.

Working on creating a Custom cc plug-in . However i cannot get the ICCHostedPaymentFormResponseParser to work . Does anyone have any ideas of how i can go about this?
