How do we release retainage on multiple invoices at one time and reference 1 retainage billing invoice rather than each individual contractor pay application, that would then go through the approval process once, rather than for each contractor pay app? 

How do I clear STATEMENTS TO EMAIL from the AR Clerk Dashboard? We have already emailed these statements and still they do not clear from this card.   

When running reports, for example, the Customer Summary Report I cannot get it to sort by name. It always sorts by the customer ID. I change the sort in the Additional Sort and Filters and  I’ve tried to change the sort in the report designer but it still won’t sort it the way I want. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,

Getting an error when trying to open Documents Not Posted to Inventory. Error occurs as follows - The Documents Not Posted to Inventory button is disabled. If anyone has any idea about it please let me know. Thank you

Hello all,I have been working on importing some non-stock items but the system is triggering the following error:The import scenario:So here i am using the same column from my excel sheet - PACKAGING and mapping it to all the 3 fields: Base Unit, Sales Unit & Purchase Unit.What is it that I am doing wrong here?

We are using the Time Card system, but NOT Payroll.  Just this week, the Week ID is no longer showing up.  Where do I go in Acumatica to set this weekly ID?  See screenshot below for reference.  

Hi,@Laura02 This is an urgent Issue.We had a an issue with not all our some of Invoice not having the correct sales tax agency and now need to file and Amendment. In doing research we discovered that total sale on P&L Is a good bit less than Income we have recorded on Invoices for 2023. I exported all in AR Invoices and this total is good bit higher then what is showing on P&L. Is this normal?

Not sure what this one is about… I tried clearing sync data for this Entity and Preparing + Processing again but the same Error occurs. 

All,I’ve created a basic Vendor Score GI based on 6 user defined fields of price, responsiveness, quality, etc. I would like to have. a final visible column that averages the user defined fields for an average score.I have something like this:=[VendorR.AttributeVSCOREDELV]+[VendorR.AttributeVSCOREPRIC]+[VendorR.AttributeVSCOREQUAL]+[VendorR.AttributeVSCORERESP]+[VendorR.AttributeVSCORETAT]+[VendorR.AttributeVSCOREVARI]/6I actually get a value calculated, but it’s not right. :DI tried changing it to =sum(1+2+3/3) etc but it throws an error of “Cannot perform an aggregate function on an expression containing an aggregate or a subquery.”Help, I’m lost lol!  

Good Day Everyone!   I am working on my Benefit reconciliations, and need to run a report that gives me the summary by employee of their monthly deduction totals.   I can only find a report that gives me this information by detail for each transaction date.  In other words, not summarized.  Short of exporting this into excel and sorting, does anyone know of a “summary” report?    Thanks!  😊

In a Purchase Order, could the ADD ITEMS button be made to look at both Stock and Non Stock Items? Currently it only looks at Stock Items. 

I have a business event that I am trying to make so that it creates an opportunity and a quote for certain business accounts on a regular basis. I have set up the business event to run an import scenario on a schedule and everything seems to work fine, except there is no actual opportunity or quote created.I set up the import scenario separated from the business event with the exact same settings and source and it runs perfectly. The automation schedule runs correctly and both the schedule and the business event say they run without any errors. I have tried setting up a task template (using the business account id as the related entity) as a second subscriber and it creates the task successfully, just without the related entity. This makes me think that there is something wrong with my generic inquiry that is not passing the business account ids properly to my business event. Any input would be appreciated!Thanks,Drew

I am looking to create a Chart for a dashboard that displays labor hours by project. I am trying to run the DB Project Time Detail report and I am getting this error message. Does anyone know what this means? 

This is a unique encounter in our system. On the bigcommerce side (where the orders are created) the customer purchased 14 different products upon syncing on Acumatica only the 13 products are in the SO because of that the total is different. Note: All products in the list are already synced and active.Error Message: The status of the SC014658 order does not allow modifications. Our company has serialized numbers for completed items with each location have a unique sequence of numbers. Hi everyone, Is there a way to sync the customer data and merge it with the existing one? It looks like it's trying to create a new customer account, but it shouldn't have to do that if the email address already exists in the database.Is it possible to create a new account, but when it matches the email address, it just merges into the existing one instead of giving us an error?

Hi,I wasn’t able to get and add relationship in sales order. This is what I’m seeing on web Service history 

When running “Transaction for Period” report all data appears on the screen.  When downloading to excel it does not bring “Customer/Vendor” Field.  I have cleared out both sides of the column in Report Designer to make sure there is no overlap.  Moved the “Description” field off the page for now - though it does not download that information either.  Confirmed that the properties fields for “Customer/Vendor” is the same as the “Code” column - which does print.Displayed Report below:Results from Excel Download below:What am I missing? 

Is it possible to change the default Start Date for IN.407000 Inventory Lot/Serial History?  And if so, how?  I would like the default date to be 1/1/23 rather than 1/1/24.  TIA
