I can’t find the sync schedules for our Big Commerce entities (Customer, Sales Order, etc..).
I need to edit the frequency that these entity syncs are happening but cannot locate them. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to the Prepare Data or Process Data screens and then look at the automation schedule associated with that screen.

David. I feel kinda crazy, but I now can’t get this to work right. Are you able to, for instance, see the schedule for the entity Customer? I just keep getting Prepare Shipments. I can’t get it to see other Entities. What am I doing wrong?
