Hello - I am trying to join GLTran, Batch, ARInvoice and ARTran tables, but my records are duplicating. Is there a way to join these so that only 1 line per GL account appears? Here is what I have currently:  

It is my understanding that if you are using Replenishment instead of MRP for purchased items, that the replenishment process does not see production orders as demand.Is this correct?Is this correct for both planned and released production orders?

This is displayed because I unchecked the box that says “Only suggested items”.It says the “source” is none.  Which I suspect is the problem.  However, I have a source everywhere I can find.​Below us from Stock Items screenBelow is stock item screen

I’m trying to enable a field for edits during any document state.I created the field. I made it into a ComboBox I added it to a screen I enabled it via the workflows to be editable I cannot get the cache to unlock though Attached is my error:  But that field exists and does have that name:  Did I mistype the cache segment?  I selected the field, I chose EVENTS, I chose ROW SELECTED, I chose ADD HANDLER, KEEP BASE METHOD.I then inserted two lines into that generated code brick:      if (row == null) return;      PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<ARInvoiceExt.usrIsRebate>(cache, row, true); Can someone save me here?

Is there an “out of the box” user role I can allocate to a user to give then access to be able to create Work Calendars? My user can do this, but I am a System Administrator. At this point I don’t want to create  multiple bespoke user roles until we understand Acumatica more and what we require.

Hello,I have installed a Acumatica local instance on my laptop and it was loading up my U100 and S100 data in the first couple weeks just fine, but it seemed to get slower and slower every time I launched the instance to input data from the training manuals. Now the instance has started to time out when I attempt to launch it from the Acumatica configuration wizard. What can I do to speed up loading the instance Should I be using a laptop How can I create a reliable an stable test environment for low to no cost?Thanks for your help. Abdul

In AR Register Detailed report, my client has report fully modified according to their requirements. in their report they calculate total amount based on CuryOrigDocAmt field in ARInvoice table. when calculate total they add 10% vat to the total. They request to modify it when customer is non taxable , the 10% vat must not add to the total. only taxable customers should billed 10% vat. In their AR Register detailed report, I tried to do the mentioned modification. I consider the ARInvoice.CuryTaxTotal field to identify weather customer is taxable or non-taxable. But with existing relations on their AR Register Detailed report , it doesn’t retrieve data of ARInvoice.CuryTaxTotal field. Beacuse of that i implement two sub reports get values to the main report.The question is two sub reports retrieve data successfully. when i connect it to the main report the main report not display any values. Here i attached two sub reports and main report  

When we had some attributes created 2 of our date fields were created using Text rather than DateTimeI have been through some articles mentioning using CDATE, however I have not been able to get this to work yet. The final aim is to be able to sort by Contract End date DESC in the Customers GI.Is there a way to do this without recreated the fields? 

Hello,I have balanced MOVE transactions.  I want to release them via the “Release AM Documents” screen.  However, when I open the Release AM Documents screen, nothing is displayed for me to release.Any thoughts? 

We noticed recently that we have had a few sales order #’s skip in sequence.  This only happens if someone deleted a Sales Order. While we probably need to tighten up our security to prevent this from a broader set of team members, I’m wondering if we can create a GI that is able to identify deleted sales orders?  We have been able to do so with deleted Stock Items and notice that some records have an “IS DELETED” field.  We cannot locate this on the Sales Order table - PX.Objects.SO.SOOrder?

I need assistance setting up approval map for time cards. Our current system is that the Foremen creates and approves the timecards on behalf of the field. Once they approve the timecard it should go to the project manager for approval/release. Trying to set up where the Foremen can create timecards for any employee so i made sure they have access to the all employee group, I tried to set the rule that they are required to approve the document if its created by them (document > credted by > equals > foremen user) and the project managers will approve based off the project number using timecard detail > project > equals project number. I need help please. 

I’ve been testing 23R2.  In many Generic Inquiry definitions I get the warning shown below.  The message makes no sense, when I run the inquiry it does display these field and my user has sufficient rights and there was no warning like this in 22R2.  This issue introduced in 23R2.  Anyone else seen this or have an idea what cause sthis?  

Hi,I need to create a business event to notify the Project Manager on a project when a payment is received on an invoice that had been sent for his project.  I’m looking at using the Release action on the AR Payment to fire the scenario, but it does not appear to allow me to reference anything in the “Application History” of the invoice to look up the project-related information or the Project Manager.  Has anyone accomplished anything similar to this? Thanks,Mike

I have added a URL field to the Sales Order Details tab and it works correctlyIs there a way i can hide the URL itself as some of them will be very long and instead just display an image or the word URL in the column so the column width can be kept small. If the user clicks on this then it will take them to the embedded URL

We have setup tax and it is calculating correctly in the purchase order and the bill. However, rather than going to the 23000 account, the tax is going to the inventory expense accountThe account 23000 is designated for taxes.We are unsure whether we missed any setup since this is working fine in AR, but not in AP where the tax entry is not being entered.

Hello, Im trying to Display an icon in one of our notification templates. I tried a few methodes but nothing really worked out. On the one side I got the image on the template but I also got it attatchet to the Mail, on the other side I tried it with google API and URL, but the image wont even show up. Does anyone know what I could do? (As informatoin Iam using Outlook as the E-Mail provider)

Hello All,I have a case where I must record withholding tax and submit it to the government.Ex: Bill from Vendor is 100$ (does not include any taxes), withholding tax is 15%.As document F335 - Value Added Taxes. there are 2 ways to record withholding taxes.Option 1: Enter directly to GL through Journal Transaction, the entry included:  Debit Credit Payable Account   100 Withholding Tax   15 Expense Account 115    Disadvantage: The system doesn't calculate tax amount. The user needs to manually calculate and input it.Option 2: Create Bill and apply Bill with Payment → Tax Amount will be automatically calculated and booked to GL after Payment is released.Entries on Bill  Debit Credit Payable Account   100 Expense Account 100   Entries on Payment  Debit Credit Bank Account   85 Withholding Tax   15 Payable Account 100    Because the system defaults to the withholding tax will be extracted tax amount from the Amount on the Bill,
