I have an account on portal.acumatica and I am in both Portal Admin and Portal User groups.
When I log into the portal I am not able to access anything.
All previous portal users are no longer with our company so we are a bit stuck on how to add users to the portal? We need to be able to see our open support cases.
Please advise. We don’t currently have a partner working with us either.
