I have an account on portal.acumatica and I am in both Portal Admin and Portal User groups.

When I log into the portal I am not able to access anything. 

All previous portal users are no longer with our company so we are a bit stuck on how to add users to the portal? We need to be able to see our open support cases.

 

Please advise. We don’t currently have a partner working with us either. 

 

Configuration Error: Your user profile is not associated with any Business Account

 

 

Additionally under user profile, I am listed as ‘guest’


Hi @dylantheriault  - I have updated you to role of customer on the community site. I will forward your information to Support as they would need to assist with portal issues.


Hi @dylantheriault  - I checked with @Stephanie Gamble in Support. She looked into it and asked: Looks like the changes synced over because the profile looks correct on my end. Did he mention being able to view more information now? 

Can you let us know if you’re still having issues accessing items on the portal?
