Paying Credit to customer with check

How do I print a check out for a customer’s credit? I know how to print a check to pay a bill, but I have never printed a check to pay a customer their credit.

@scottaisd00 hi, i imagine there is an easier way to do this but could you refund the payment and then create a cash purchase for the refunded amount. The cash purchase should allow you to print a check. You may need to extend the customer as a vendor as well.

looking through the community portal, it looks like there may be a free customization from Github that you can publish to print refund checks (I would recommend testing this in a sandbox prior to publishing in your production environment) but here’s the post in case it helps!
