CREATE SHIPMENT action on Sales Order screen change SO Order Date to Requested On date

We just upgraded to 2023R2 and have issues with the Sales Order screen.

When using CREATE SHIPMENT action on the screen, Order Date changes to Requested On date.

Anyone also had this issue?

Hi Chris,

Yes, this problem is fixed. We worked for a while with Acumatica support, and apparently one custom Action on screen was the problem. Why it was still active after customization unpublished – no one can explain. We deleted it and recreated, and it works.

Is your site customized?

If Yes, please try creating a shipment with customizations temporarily un-published.  Do you experience the same date-change behavior Creating Shipment from Sales Order when customizations are temporarily un-published ?
