Can someone provide detailed instructions on how to create a EasyPost test account on the EasyPost site?I have created an account in the past but I do not believe my api keys are working so I want to start from scratch with a new account.I want to be sure I am doing this correctly

All,I have a GI row style for customers that works well. If a customer’s status is “One-Time”, the row is highlighted red:  =Iif ([Customer.Status] = 'T','red20', 'default')But, when selecting customers from a Dialog -- let’s say we’re entering a Sales Order -- we want a One-Time customer to also be highlighted red. As an example, the rows I highlighted should be formatted differently so our Customer Service agents can more quickly identify One-Time customers.Do I need to modify the Dialog: Specify New IDIn a customization project to achieve this?Thanks for any suggestions/pointers, this is all new to me! :D

Hello Linkies,I have been trying to record the taxes payable and claimable by created SO/AR Invoices & PO/AP Bills, but not able to show it up on the Prepare Tax Reports (TX501000) form nor on the Tax Summary/Details reports. Hello, We are trying to reprint the invoice from the Print Invoices and Memo screen that was already run through an automation schedule. Is there a way we can do the reprint, there is a mix of invoices some has printed checked and some has don’t print checked. Is there a way to unchek the printed check box?Thanks,

Hi allI would like to print the GL Register detail report filtering by account number. When I tried, I filtered in the GLTran table but it only shows one line of the journal transaction.What I need is that the report shows the journal with all its lines if the policy contains the filtered account.Have you done something similar?Thank you.

Hello all, Currently, sales orders for on hold/credit hold customers can not be entered. Is there way we can push orders through for customers with on hold status.Often times we would still like to send these orders through to production, as their hold status can usually be resolved by the end of the month. As it stands now, we’re often scrambling at the end of the month to get these orders produced and out the door in the remaining days to hit our end of month numbers.We will still have a hold on these orders and they would not ship until the hold is lifted; but if we could get them into production, the orders could ship as soon as the customer’s hold status was removed.I’m sure I can (not easily) develop a customization to handle this, but was wondering if there’s an easier way of accomplishing this. Hello,Is there any way to locate a shipment in Acumatica by searching UPS or FedEx tracking number? I searched on the GI=> RESULTS GRID TAB, and I was not able to find a field for this. I don't know that we need to add an additional table to the GI in order to add the field and then search it by?Or another option is there  to locate a shipment by tracking number.

Created a simple customization to add Principal employee and PO number to a project in 23R2, customization work without any issue until upgrade.After upgrade in Sandbox, there is an error message. \App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_CT_Contract_extensions.cs(35): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'EPEmployee' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)I have come at this several different ways, and just create new error messages. I feel that I am missing something very obvious.

When our consulting firm set up our users in Acumatica, they set our AR Admin with a default dashboard as the AP Clerk (with no other options) and our AP Admin as the AR Clerk (also with no other options).How can I change the default dashboard to show AR Clerk with our AR Admin User and the same with our AP Admin? Also, when I went to the homepage on our AP Admin’s User Profile and added the AP Clerk as her homepage.  Nothing changed.  We are using 2024 R1 Version

Does anyone know why the same report would squash “one cell” text when moved from Sandbox Report Designer to Production? Settings are the same in both --> we can't seem to find line height, that is our only idea where this might be a solution.I was able to edit all other text fields to single lines as it happened in every combined text field. But I don't want to adjust the "bill to" and "ship to" fields because they're formulas. Same goes for the "Description".

I have a custom page that will allow a user to select several records from a grid and then click a ‘Generate Document’ button that will use a stored proc & several API calls in order to retrieve details from the selected records and generates a document using these details.Each record has the ‘Selected’ property which handles the checkbox selection and lets the ‘Generate Document’ button know which records to pull the details from (using the Reference Number on each selected record).I am using the ‘PXRedirectToFileException’ to download the file after the final API call returns the byte[] array that represents the generated document (and creating a new ‘FileInfo’ object using this byte[] array and a previously declared document name).I don’t run into any errors when executing my code and interacting with the page but when I try to click ‘Generate Document’ there is a slight loading period and then nothing happens UNTIL I click another checkbox on any record and then the file is dow

We have a business event that sends remittance advice to vendors for EFT payments. This business event does not run when there is a prepayment included in the application history (see below): Can’t figure out why this prevents the business event from being run. The business event is set to run on Record Inserted - and the record is there but nothing happens when there is a prepayment?
