SO to PO not working

Hello all,

I have been trying to create a PO from SO. I have defined the following parameters:

But the option to create PO is still inactive.
 

What is it that I am missing here?

Hey @Harry ,

Kindly remove your SO from hold. The Create Purchase Order option would be activated.

Hi @Harry.

The reason why create purchase order option is not available is, currently the SO is in ON HOLD status, remove hold the document where user will see the create purchase order option. Please refer below test results for confirmation.
